General Summary of Duties: Production Associate is responsible for weighing, prepping, and packaging various forms of cannabis including flowers, edibles, pre-rolls, cartridges and concentrates. Additional duties may include operation and cleaning of machinery and workspace, with appropriate training. Also responsible for accurate tracking of projects assigned.
What You'll Do: The Production Associate is responsible for executing all processes in production while strictly adhering to cGMP, environmental health and safety guidelines, and any other related regulations which could apply. You will be working with a variety of manufacturing/light industrial/repetitive production tasks. We have a very fast-paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. You must be able to multi-task, follow protocols and procedures, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. You must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player. Under the general direction of the lead production and the overall direction of the Ops Manager, this position shall be responsible for supporting the production process in all stages.
Role Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:
· Package and label product as directed and trained by supervisor
· Fulfill orders as directed by supervisor
· Maintain level of desired quality while packaging and labeling
· Maintain level of desired quantity of packaged material
· Maintain level of desired quantity of fulfilled orders
· Count inventory as directed by supervisor
· Help maintain inventory records or raw material, packaged product and fulfilled orders
· Operate machinery
· Cook production batches on stove, kettle or induction plates
· Pre-weigh bulk ingredients
· Move inventory from room to room as directed by supervisor
· Dispose of waste as directed by supervisor including tracking of waste
· Remain compliant with biosecurity measures in the building
· Learn and maintain continual awareness and understanding of complete set of specific rules determined by the law and by the commission
· Support of all areas in manufacturing
Role Requirements:
· Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
· Cannabis, food manufacturing, and or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
· Previous experience in a production/light manufacturing environment preferred
· High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
· Ability to follow instructions
· Ability to work in a group environment and ask for help when needed
· Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
· Must be able to obtain state approval, which includes passing an FBI and State background check free of felonies or drug related convictions
· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
· Stand/walk for a majority of shift and push/pull/lift large containers weighing up to pounds using hand dollies, pallet jacks, or other mechanical aids as necessary
· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion, clutch, lift, grab, bend, stoop, push and pull with no difficulties, be on feet during work shift, and clearly communicate issues
· Familiarity with warehouse procedures a plus

POSITION:

The METRC Specialist will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a clear line of compliance-based data
DUTIES/RESPONSABILITIES:
- Ensure all COA’s, manifests, tags are completed in a timely basis
- Coordinate the manifesting of finished product from our manufacturing to distribution
- Collaborate with clients and distributors to schedule and manifest the movement of finished product to other warehouses
- Conduct daily and monthly audits and inventory counts of cannabis good and finished product
- Identify needs, delegate internally, and take initiative as needed to maintain METRC compliance
- Responsible for investigating any discrepancies and recording necessary adjustments in METRC
- Create and maintain highly organized recordkeeping
- Perform data entry with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Perform physical receipt and delivery of cannabis products and properly entering data into METRC
- Maintain high-level familiarity with METRC and DCC rules and regulations
- Create and distribute label templates for all production departments on a daily basis ensuring language and packaging compliance
- Create trade samples and sample transport manifests as requested by the Sales Department
- Conduct inventory cycle counts in processing, manufacturing, and/or distribution setting
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethic codes (Attendance Policy, Dress code Policy, Etc.)
