Inventory Associate
The Inventory Associate is responsible for the daily management of inventory, including but not limited to receiving and processing vendor deliveries, organizing storage areas, performing counts and audits, and ensuring all inventory and compliance standards are adhered to. The Inventory Associate must have a deep understanding of all relevant cannabis regulations including how to use METRC, the state track-and-trace system. This position may require one overnight shift per month.
Job Responsibilities
- Count, verify and process vendor deliveries using computer software.
- Organize and maintain secure storage areas.
- Perform product stocking for sales displays.
- Perform inventory audits.
- Track product “best by” dates.
- Process cannabis waste according to standard procedures.
- Maintain clean work areas.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Minimum 2 years of inventory related experience or a bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a related subject.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with computers, tablets, mobile devices, and barcode scanners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with METRC.
- Experience with cannabis specific point-of-sale systems.
- Experience in a cannabis or cannabis-related field.
- Experience in a high-volume establishment.

LEAD BUDTENDER*The Lead Budtender performs the standard duties of the Budtender in addition to several higher-level responsibilities. The Lead Budtender creates a positive and educational experience for each customer. This includes assisting them throughout their time in the store, making product recommendations, and completing the transaction using point-of-sale software. Lead Budtenders may also process customer returns and provide mentorship to Budtenders. The Lead Budtender is expected to be professional, friendly, and cultivate brand loyalty with the customer. A successful Lead Budtender will achieve sales and operational goals of the company and maintain strict compliance protocols.****Job Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store.
- Make product recommendations and educate customers.
- Utilize a cash register to complete customer transactions.
- Process customer returns and issue refunds.
- Ensure compliance standards are met throughout each transaction.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Customer Service Associates.
- Maintain clean work areas.
- Be knowledgeable on all aspects of the cannabis products sold in the store.
