We are looking for a 2nd shift Warehouse Picker Order Selector to be an integral part of our fast-paced startup Cannabis Company. The Order Selector is responsible for selecting product in a safe and efficient manner, which includes reading labels, scanning location barcodes from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems, placing product in boxes, and preparing it for shipping.
Job Responsibilities
· Accurately pick products by scanning barcodes using a handheld scan device.
· Manually place the appropriate stock items on pick cart from pick slots and racks as required.
· Hand pack and stack cases of product weighing up to 30 pounds repetitively from floor to 4ft.
· Hand tag orders with label and move completed order to the loading dock area
· Meet required productivity and accuracy standards per company guidelines.
· Flexibility to work overtime and weekend as needed is required
· Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
- Able to stand, walk, reach, aand lift repeatedly throughout shift. Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-25 pounds.
- Work independently and possess strong decision-making skills
- Basic Math skills
- High School Diploma/GED or State Approved Equivalent.
- 6-12 months warehouse and/or distribution work experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt to an evolving environment
- Ability to both speak and write clearly in English
- Knowledge of cannabis regulation and working experience in Cannabis industry is an asset

We are looking for a Cultivation Administrative Assistant to support our Cultivation department. You will act as the first point of contact for cultivation-related queries from employees and external partners. Our ideal candidate needs to have experience with administrative procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Duties
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of department.
- Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and verifying daily headcount and make sures information is entered correctly to payroll system.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develops administrative staff by providing information, by conducting trainings and SOP’s
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintains supplies inventory of flower by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders for supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Travel to other locations to assist department (10%)
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role

Organize and maintain the basic quality system for the operation, which entails the following:
· Issue forms and batch records as needed.
· Detailed oriented
· Receive all forms and batch records after use and “mass balance” against the number issued.
· Review filled documents and “positively release” batches of product by confirming completeness and conformance of records with established processes and procedures.
· Organize the investigation of Deviations and Complaints.
· Organize document storage for all investigations and paper systems.
· Experience in Metrc and other track and trace systems.
· Knowledge of BCC rules and regulations preferred.
· Retain documents for specified periods.
· Organize and maintain the change control system, including document changes, equipment changes, and facility changes.
· Establish, with help, and maintain system of statistical process control on critical process parameters as identified by development and testing.
Education:
BS preferred. BA Acceptable. Job experience equivalents considered.
FMSA training or HACCP training is an advantage. Will be provided with acceptance if not in hand.
Experience:
Two years’ experience in either the production or quality assurance / quality control side of a regulated manufacturing operation, meaning; food, pharmaceutics, nutraceutics, biologics, cannabis.

LOUDPACK Farms is recruiting for a responsible and dependable delivery/route person to distribute cannabis products to our facilities and to our customers. You will be representing our company in an honest and professional manner, with an emphasis on customer service.
DUTIES
- Completes delivery and pick-up paperwork promptly and accurately, ensuring all orders are accounted for and all paperwork is scanned into system
- Assists, when necessary, the pulling of equipment and supplies from the warehouse as ordered on delivery tickets
- Loads orders and related supplies on to a delivery vehicle
- Must be familiar with all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to deliveries
- Manages all orders on route sheet and transportation system, delivers via company vehicle only
- Communicates back with dispatch and or customer if ETA cannot be met
- Adds necessary notes into system on type of delivery
- Transfer returned/rejected product back to location
- Responsible for unloading of company vehicle, ensure all returned/rejected product is placed in proper designated area
- Must complete a physical inspection of vehicles and document daily
- Performs any other duties that may be requested by Supervisor or Management
- Understand and adheres to all company policies
- To remain knowledgeable to date on all product
- Maintain a professional, safe, and clean work environment and vehicle
- Follow route and time schedule provided by management.
- Loading and unloading requires the ability to lift 32 lbs.
- Drives Company equipment in a professional and safe manner at all times.
- Unloads and stacks products with customers in a friendly courteous manner.
EXPERIENCE EDUCATION
- Must be 21 years of age as per state requirements
- Valid Commercial driver’s license with a good driving record
- Prior delivery work preferred
- Must be able to carry/lift various products from 35 lbs. -50 and sit for extended periods of time.
- Willingness to work flexible work hours and schedules.
- High School diploma or GED preferred.
