About the Role:
The purpose of the Senior Designer is to create, update and contribute to brand, retail, licensing, digital, social, stakeholder management, and other promotional design assets for Long Play Inc. companies.
The ideal candidate will:
- Work both independently and collaboratively to develop, best-in-class designs for social, print, and digital channels with access to established brand guidelines and direction.
- Translate complex (and sometimes abstract) briefs into attractive visual concepts that are effective, consumer-friendly, and demonstrate an underlying knowledge of both the brand guidelines and strategic business goals.
- Manage multiple projects at a time including those with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Execute appropriate creative and content changes requested thru the review process, checking all work against requested changes before submitting for the next review.
- Exercise independent judgment, make definitive choices and problem solve.
- Stay abreast of and capitalizes on emerging design and industry trends.
- Merchandise design for Long Play retail stores and wholesale partners
- Retail in-store signage
- Key Art Campaigns for use in personal and non-personal promotion channels (email, in-store signage, out-of-home)
- Build out assets to support marketing initiatives, including (but not limited to) digital graphics, posters, signage, flyers, social assets
- Maintain the asset libraries with current logos, images, and common elements to aid in the efficiency of the marketing and retail teams
- Resize existing graphics as necessary
- Ensure consistency in content across all platforms and mediums
- Work within existing brand guidelines and any established campaign structure to inform your creative process but have the ability to push concepts and come to the table with fresh ideas
- Manage multiple priorities, anticipate demands, communicate status appropriately, and maintain a high level of operational transparency and accountability
- Experience with video and/or animation a plus
The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with an entrepreneurial mindset. You are a proven leader who will own a large part of the design life cycle through to its completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design 5+ years of relevant experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator, Figma

About The Role:
The Maintenance Technician is an essential role to the success of the Salida Campus Production Facility and the Long Play portfolio of brands. This position will be responsible for safely performing maintenance, repairs, light construction functions for a 150,000sqft cannabis grow operation, sanitation tasks throughout production and manufacturing, as well as facilities infrastructure.
Position Summary:
This position requires strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, communication and organizational skills, anticipatory thinking, calculating, multi-tasking, attention to details, time management, conflict resolution, and teamwork. This position is predominantly in an indoor, warehouse, offices, or greenhouse/agricultural environment, and is physical in nature.
All Long Play team members must adhere to state cannabis regulations and corporate standards. Successful team members demonstrate a high level of professionalism, work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments, and assume accountability for compliance, performance, and overall behavior.
This position reports to the Maintenance Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prioritize Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance

- All other duties associated with an agricultural and packaging operation as required
Job Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to relevant regulations and Facility policies.
- Clearly communicate day-to-day activities, work/environment issues, and suggestions/solutions with your direct supervisor.
- Work in a focused, safe, and efficient manner. Identify potential safety risks and work with direct supervisor to immediately address.
- Safely operate and utilize heavy equipment and tools.
- Perform campus maintenance needs, light construction, basic framing, HVAC systems maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical, custodial duties, and other miscellaneous handyman duties.
- Accountable for job completion and documentation
Job Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado MED Badge
- Working knowledge of maintenance processes and procedures
- Capability with all tools up to heavy equipment
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- HVAC training and certification highly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in maintenance related fields
- Moderate computer literacy, including email and software systems utilization
Physical Requirements:
Sitting, Standing, Stooping, Stretching, Walking, Bending, Twisting, Reaching, Performing repetitive motions, carrying loads, and ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

The Cultivator I is an essential role to the success of the Production Process and the Long Play portfolio of brands, requiring the ability to follow instructions, take feedback and work with a team. They must be able to perform entry level cultivation tasks including but not limited to filling pots with soil, moving plants and containers, lifting heavy materials, submitting daily reports to management, cleaning greenhouse facilities, operating heavy machinery, cloning, pruning, and watering plants, utilizing Argus irrigation systems, and achieving daily operations via the direction of a supervisor. Daily work is performed in a greenhouse under high light, heat and humidity conditions while wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
All Long Play team members must adhere to state cannabis regulations and corporate standards. Successful team members demonstrate a high level of professionalism, work cooperatively and collaboratively with other departments, and assume accountability for compliance, performance, and overall behavior.
This position reports to a functional level supervisor (i.e., Cultivation Supervisor, Fertigation Supervisor, or Propagation Supervisor).

Job Duties:
- Adhere to Production Department’s standard operating procedures and safety protocols
- Understand and demonstrate job completion for tasks performed
- Effectively perform independently as well as part of a team
- Daily execution of department plant moves including physical and digital communication
- Perform all necessary tasks in the grow which may include, but not limited to cloning, transplanting, fertigation, defoliation, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays, trimming, waste disposal, cleaning, plant health monitoring, and inventory management as assigned
- Notify Supervisor regarding items needing replaced, repaired, or ordered
- Clean protocol utilization including cleaning entire work area at end of each working shift
- Utilize and maintain all equipment in a manger which results in regular preventative maintenance
Job Qualifications:

- Reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 30 pounds
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Basic computer literacy including email, spreadsheet maintenance and printing functions
