- Adhere to cultivation schedules to ensure plants are healthy and prepared for the flower process.
- Adherence to fertilization, irrigation, and feed schedules.
- Ensure plants are receiving proper irrigation, nutrients, pruning, pest and disease control.
- Adhere to and assist with proper techniques related to cultivation; transplanting, pruning, defoliation, watering, feeding, and harvesting.
- Manage plant germination and propagation through cloning efforts.
- Adhere to plant harvest schedule based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.
- Ensure that product is compliant with all relevant regulations and meets all standards established by the state of Michigan.
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of plants, including plant counts, both physically and in METRC, and correcting plant inventory discrepancies immediately.
- Assist with calculating production yields and determining areas of improvement for each harvest.
- Monitor stock of cultivation supplies and equipment and work with Procurement to order supplies.
- Assist with tracking compliance in METRC.
- Follow up from MRA inspections, correcting any issues identified.
- Assist training Cultivation Technicians, ensuring proper and adequate coverage to address cultivation needs.
- Assist Cultivation Technicians in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility and equipment.
- May be assigned other job duties as necessary.
- Operate with integrity and honesty.
- Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company.

· REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum 2+ Years experience in Cannabis Cultivation
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Excellent computer, mathematic, language, and reasoning skills.
- Knowledge and familiarity with Cannabis.
- Works in a timely manner and strives to increase productivity.
- At least 21 years of age
- Demonstrated passion for serving the medical cannabis community.
- Ability to work within a team and without.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment.

- Responsible for accurately weighing and recording all wet trim weights.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings.
- Occasionally required to trim off the stick once plants are dry.
- Responsible for maintaining a quality product.
- May be assigned other job duties as necessary.
