- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) and G Suite (primarily Google Sheets & Google Docs).
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
- Personal integrity, disciplined work ethic, organization skills, and motivation to work with a sense of urgency.
*Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business (or relevant degree) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sales.
- Previous experience working in the cannabis industry is preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sample homogenization of cannabis for testing
- Learn and execute ICAL's established SOPs for homogenization
- Clean and maintain lab and equipment, including but not limited to: incubators, laminar flow hood, fume hood, homogenizer, sonicators, microbiology medium prep, and autoclave
- Dispose of analyzed samples and follow proper chemical waste procedures
- Perform good laboratory practices
- Wear proper personal protective equipment at all times [PPE]
- Organize supplies
- Assist with inventory of samples and packaging
- Assist with destruction of samples
- Clean/sterilize dishes used for homogenizing
- Personal drive and commitment to upkeep and improvement of the customer satisfaction at ICAL

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must be comfortable working with cannabis
- Previous experience working in a laboratory environment and/or in the cannabis industry is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ideal candidate will be a creative, analytical problem-solver who can cooperatively and effectively work with colleagues.
- Works independently in the absence of supervision.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the analytical chemistry field.

- Willing to work Tuesday-Saturday.
COMPENSATION:
- Compensation based on experience starting Laboratory technicians $14-$16/hour
- PTO for full time employees

SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for outside sales of InfiniteCAL's services in a specified region and provides ongoing support for acquiring new accounts/clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify existing and up-and-coming industry leaders
- Develop relationships with potential clients through B2B industry events, cold calls, emails, meetings and visits
- Produce assigned targets and quotas
- Extend outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients
- Keep informed of new regulations, services and other general information of interest to best assist potential clients
- Provide consistent updates to management directly and through CRM
