We are looking to add to our Grow Team with a focus on the flowering stage of production. Our flower team takes care of the cannabis plants through their whole flowering cycle. Each grower is responsible for certain grow rooms, taking full ownership of each room from daily plant care to environmental control. For this position we are looking for someone with attention to detail, whoadapts quickly to change, and can communicate effectively to their team and leadership. Horticulture, agricultural or growing experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring plant health daily. Fulfilling watering/irrigation needs. Environmental adjustments. Canopy management. Adding support trellis when needed.
- Maintain irrigation by monitoring pH, E.C and temperature of nutrient solution being delivered to plants daily. Mixing and maintaining nutrient levels.
- Integrated pest management. Scouting for pests. Keeping growing spaces, tools and equipment clean and sanitized.
- Support other grow team members as needed or other parts of the cultivation team
- Have high time management skills to complete tasks and duties to meet production schedules.
- Be able to communicate with leadership if issues arise in growing areas. Including plant health concerns, equipment maintenance or issues.
- Document data for each growing cycle and analyze data to improve production processes.
- Use proper ppe as required in each area of cultivation. Gloves, protective glasses, hair net, beard nets and shoe covers.
- Wear required uniform that is provided to each employee
- Keep each growing area compliant with the state of Missouri laws and regulations.

The General Manager oversees the daily operation of the dispensary, handling the needs of all customers and developing a professional team that is passionate about medical cannabis. The GM also works with the corporate team to ensure the facility's sound recordkeeping and compliance with local and state regulations. Priorities include the implementation of dispensary policies, oversight and management of quality product inventory and the hiring, development and supervision of dispensary staff. The GM is also responsible for overseeing marketing, promotions and the maintenance of reports as they pertain to the daily operations and financials of the dispensary.
Job Functions
- Ensure the dispensary's compliance with security, inventory and local and state regulations
- Manage and inspire internal staff to deliver the highest level of customer service
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of every customer and employee
- Responsible for providing a high level of education and development for staff pertaining to medical cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates and consumption mechanisms
- Create budgets and forecast sales based on principles of retail business and experience
- Set sales, service, and profit goals and lead staff to exceed them
- Work closely with Inventory manager to procure an adequate supply of quality products
- Fulfill staffing needs and coordinate scheduling
- Communicate with and coach staff on a regular basis to ensure the dispensary's excellence in service and labor practices within the community
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents relating to dispensary performance, general business periodicals, professional journals, safety, security and technical procedures, and governmental regulations
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Develop operations plans and implement and manage dispensary policies and procedures
- Document financial, Inventory and customer trends; maintain sales and purchasing reports
- Manage and maintain dispensary sales and inventory management software
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related experience
- Five years of experience in a retail management environment
- Excellent customer communication and service skills
- Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Passionate about serving the MO medical cannabis community
- Strong accounting, math and computer skills
- Must attain required state agent ID
- Must be willing to submit to a background check
- Must be willing to work weekends!
- Prior experience within the medical cannabis community and/or health and wellness industries is a plus

We are looking to employ knowledgeable and experienced Patient Consultant/Budtender for dispensary location in Park Hills, MO. The ideal representative must be able to maintain a professional appearance at all times. The responsibilities of the Patient Consultant/Budtender include, but are not limited to, greeting and welcoming patients, assisting patients in selecting suitable cannabis strains, informing the manager of patient complaints and operational issues, and sharing first hand experiences of cannabis products to address patient's concerns. One should also be able to answer patients’ questions regarding the different strains of cannabis, their medicinal uses, and methods of consumption.
To be successful as a Patient Consultant/Budtender, one should keep abreast of the latest developments in cannabis laws to maintain legal compliance. Ultimately, an outstanding Patient Consultant/Budtender should be able to demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills by ensuring that patients are well-informed and satisfied with their purchases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advising patients on suitable cannabis products based on their condition, preferences, budgets, and past reactions to different strains of cannabis.
- Processing transaction using dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) System.
- Learn and keep yourself updated about products and services, policies/procedures, industry news and changes in regulations.
- Responds to all patient' questions, concerns or suggestions and takes action when necessary to obtain help from management.
- Ensuring that dispensary interior and exterior remain clean and well organized to provide warm and welcoming environment.
- Educate patient on the safe use of their selected cannabis products
- Correctly weighting, packaging, and labeling cannabis product as per Missouri regulations
- Must be well-versed in various cannabis categories such as strains, hashes, edibles, topicals and accessories. Within each of these categories, the budtender must know the difference between Indica, Sativa and Hybrid strains; with the ability to give the proper recommendations and mg dosage for patients and POS accuracy.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the current medical cannabis law, industry trends, and regulations, and communicate changes to staff and patients
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Ensure the safety, security, and satisfaction of both the patients and employees.
- Checking and verifying patients’ identification documents to ensure that they are of legal age.
- Taking inventory of cannabis products and ensuring that the sales floor is adequately stocked.
Customer Service:
- Provides superior customer service for vendors and patients
- Oversees orders and deliveries to ensure accurate order information and timeliness of deliveries
Competencies:
- Minimum of one year experience in customer service industry.
- Thorough understanding of Missouri and local marijuana laws and how they apply to the operations.
