Güd Gardens is an expanding recreational cannabis producer in Grants Pass, Oregon. We are currently seeking Outdoor Plant Care Techs and Harvest Leads to join our already incredible garden team.
Güd Garden’s current focus is full-sun flower cultivation in native soil with organic methodology. Our harvesting techniques include both dry flower and fresh frozen for live resin extraction.
Duties shift seasonally and include, but are not limited to:
- Pruning
- Defoliating
- Watering and mixing nutrients
- Transplanting
- Harvesting
Job Requirements:
- Have, or be willing to obtain a valid OLCC permit
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift and carry 40 lbs
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments

Sales Manager - Flower Focused (Eugene, OR and surrounding territories)

Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales revenue, achieving sales goals as set forth by the Sales Director and providing customer satisfaction for Güd Gardens. In addition, the Sales Manager will effectively develop, build and maintain positive relationships while executing sales programs and initiatives, specifically focusing on flower sales and flower product.
Essential Functions
- Support development and execution of our sales planning, strategies and processes to drive Product sales and market penetration
- Analyze market trends and competitor product offerings and pricing
- Monitor Product sales and financial performance using financial, operations and other statistical reports on an as needed basis to ensure company goals are met
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for market sales, operating expenses and customer service satisfaction as deemed by Sales Director
- Support new and existing sales and marketing plans, programs, promotions, activities and work with other marketing campaigns and initiatives with respect to the Products
- Monitor customer complaints and recommendations for Products
- Maintain adequate customer contacts, determine their Product service needs and business needs, and actively solicit, develop and promote the sale of the Products
- Provide monthly active prospects inventories of Product sales opportunities, as well as weekly active call lists of prospective and active customers
- Actively attend and participate in sales meetings, training sessions and other meetings as requested by Sales Director
- Ensure professionalism in all interactions with customers and vendors
- Work directly with Sales Director to ensure priorities and objectives are met
- Communicate any issues with Sales Director immediately
- Communicate Product orders professionally, effectively, and timely with the proper department
- Maintain uniform cash handling procedures and other payments/investigate any irregularities
- Maintain a record of sales activities using the companies CRM
- Assure compliance with all local, state, federal billing/invoicing, licensing, and other regulatory requirements are met
- Adjust strategy based on market demands on an as needed basis
- Maintain up to date knowledge on market segments

- Minimum Associates Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
- Prior experience working in the cannabis industry ideal
- Must own a functioning phone
- A laptop or tablet for daily work use (required)
- Must have a valid drivers license and a functioning vehicle
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and all associated programs (including Microsoft Office Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel)
Travel
This position requires frequent travel to several locations across the state. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation. Expected travel frequency is 75% or more depending on business needs.
Working Conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 50 pounds (200 pounds with assistance), may include sitting or standing for extended periods of time, as well as stooping, bending over and/or crouching.

With five Tier II OLCC Licensed farms in operation, Güd Garden’s current focus is full-sun flower cultivation in native soil with organic methodology. Our harvesting techniques include both dry flower and fresh frozen for live resin extraction.
In addition, we have indoor and greenhouse facilities in order to maintain our expanding genetic library. Our focus as industry leaders is to optimize large scale cultivation, maintain healthy methodology, and to inspire the future of cannabis culture.

Position Scope
The Outdoor Team Lead serves to assist the Cultivation Director in the organization and oversight of our outdoor cultivation crew. The team lead takes directive from the Cultivation Director to ensure overall plant health, implement crop care schedules, staff scheduling, IPM, and general garden maintenance. This position is most active April through October while November through March, this employee will serve to assist in post-production and processing efforts.
Responsibilities
· Facilitate cultivation projects under the direction of the Cultivation Director (i.e. communicates project deadlines, analyzes progress, troubleshoots issues).
· Help schedule and manage outdoor cultivation crew of 3-4 individuals.
· Manage team to execute projects throughout the growing season (planting, fertilizing, trellising, pruning, harvesting, post-production)
· Oversee seasonal contract labor as needed.
· Regularly assess gardens for issues concerning plant health, workflow, project success, etc,
· Communicate issues with the Cultivation Director and assist in problem solving.
· Assess facilities for equipment needs or maintenance.
· Assists with staff coordination between farm locations. Analyzes and communicates changes in personnel needs.
· Facilitate cohesive communication between Cultivation Director and cultivation crew.
· Ensure employees are maintaining company policies and state compliance regulations.
· Participate in cultivation staff recruitment.
Required Skills/Experience
This candidate must possess:
1. Exceptional communication, organization, and management skills.

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for coordinating a variety of day to day business operations and clerical tasks. The office coordinator will ensure that office operations run smoothly and support daily functions of various business activities.

- Assists in maintaining employee files and verification of payroll hours.

- Composes correspondence, reports, presentations, manuals, brochures and flyers.
- Coordinate meetings, conference planning and special events.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Report any updates or pertinent issues that need addressing to upper management.
- Maintain an organized workspace.
- Run errands as requested by upper management.
