Job Description
Post-Harvest Associates serve as the primary persons responsible for ensuring the harvested cannabis is dried, bucked, trimmed, weighed, packaged, labeled, etc. Post-Harvest Associates are expected to work efficiently with minimal guidance, abide by established quality standards, as well as internally - and maintain a safe and clean work environment with a positive, friendly, and knowledgeable attitude. Compliance with all state and local laws and regulations is required.
Responsibilities
- Rotate between multiple production areas, ensuring plants are properly handled during harvest, deboning, bucking, trimming, packaging, and labeling
- Maintain proper plant identification with the use of METRC tagging and inventory system
- Collect all non-resinous fan leaves, branches, and stems in their associated harvest batch to be weighed and recorded as waste
- Constant cleaning and sanitation of equipment and production areas, assisting with disposal when necessary
- Perform quality assurance measures, including inspecting product during all phases of the operation
- Work at an efficient pace, striving to consistently increase productivity and improve time-management
- Other duties as assigned by management

This Job description defines the duties and responsibility for the position of the Office Receptionist.
The Office Receptionist is the primary person in charge of all assigned tasks designated by the General Manager at the Galenas Michigan LCC’s Camden location. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

The Office Receptionist must have strong communication skills in working collaboratively within all the functions in Camden, and assisting all the teams, spotting potential breaches or deficiencies in the day-to-day business, and promptly responding to emergencies and other problems. The Office Receptionist shall review Michigan marihuana laws and regulations along with the General Manager to ensure that they are familiar with these regulations that govern cultivators/processor in Michigan. Additionally, the Office Receptionist may make recommendations to the General Manager helping to create new procedures or revisions to improve existing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. They are assisting in all assigned efforts within the Camden location. The Office Receptionist may also make recommendations for strategies that will allow the most efficient/productive solutions for the Camden Location.
- Primary responsibility for all office functions within the company, including: Order documentation and Payment Receivables.
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office and production supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls – maintain all visitor logs

Job Description
The Cannabis Industry Associate reports directly to the manager of their daily department, which could be Cultivation, Post Harvest, Fulfillment, or all three. The Associate is responsible for assisting with all aspects of cultivation and post-harvest, from seedling to harvest to delivery of goods sold. Essential Functions:
The Lead Maintenance Technician (MT) will be responsible for all mechanical operation and maintenance issues within the Akron facility. The MT will monitor, troubleshoot, and repair building systems including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, irrigation, appliance, packaging machines, potting machines, structural machines and HVAC components. The MT will communicate with leadership to provide accurate feedback and timely and strategic execution to address all maintenance concerns on the property. The MT will work with third-party contractors and vendors to facilitate design and monitor progress of related repair and installation projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair equipment such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices, fans, irrigation pipes, lifts, trimming machines
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures
- Execute work request system with record keeping process
- Process and log all maintenance and repair work including status reports on progress of repairs
- Obtain estimates for parts, repairs, and order necessary items
- Assist with operations manuals, SDS, warranty requirements, fire suppression
- Operate a forklift, loading soil and moving other heavy materials
- Break down and organize pallets and other large materials for removal
- Install new equipment as needed
- Schedule contracted maintenance when needed and engage with and continually learn from contractors to eliminate need for future outside work
- Maintain clean and safe environments in storage, machine, and electrical rooms
- Perform refrigeration checks, preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment

Job SummaryThis Job description defines the duties and responsibility for the position of the Quality Agent.
The Quality Agent is the primary person in charge of all assigned tasks designated by the Product Quality Manager at the Galenas Michigan LCC’s Camden location. The Quality Agent has responsibility for all assigned Quality Control strategies and day to date management tasks, including data entry for all plant quality data progression management, all must abide by all quality protocols for the site. .
The QUALITY AGENT reports directly into the Product Quality Manager of the Camden location.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities1. The Quality Agent is responsible for the day to day tasks assigned for the quality controls with plant growth progression, accurate recording of plant progression, proposed improvements to the growth quality of the plants, working with cultivation and other departments to share data and collaborate on improvement strategies. The Quality Agent must have strong communication skills in working collaboratively within the Quality team in Camden, and assisting the Quality team, spotting potential breaches or deficiencies in the Product Quality, and promptly responding to emergencies and other problems. The QUALITY AGENT shall review Michigan marihuana laws and regulations along with the Product Quality Manager to ensure that they are familiar with these regulations that govern cultivators/processor in Michigan. Additionally, the QUALITY AGENT shall make recommendations to the Product Quality Manager helping to create new procedures or revisions to existing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. They are assisting in all Product Quality efforts within the Camden location. The QUALITY AGENT may also make recommendations for strategies that will allow the most efficient/productive quality solutions for the Camden Location.
Work with Product Quality Manage and other Camden team members to assist in creating and implementing strategic plans to support all Quality functions within the Camden, MI location.
Miscellaneous tasks assigned by Product Quality Manager or any other Galenas Executive.
Job Specifications1. Education: Associate’s degree preferred with a concentration in QHS or other STEM .
1. Skills and Abilities: Requires strong oral and written communication skills, excellent developed interpersonal skills, strong presentational skills, effective negotiation skills, strong understanding of marihuana cultivation and processing, quality control and quality management.
Ability to read, analyze and comprehend and assist in writing technical/quality subjects such as technical specifications, technical procedures, process descriptions, etc. related to all location requirements.
Ability to write well-structured, professional reports, presentations and business correspondences. Strong ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior-level customers and internal management.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
