Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining store merchandise by intaking orders, compliance standards, cycle counts, delivery, curbside, drive-thru and running. The Inventory Specialist is assigned an area to work in for the day and is rotated based on performance and the needs of the business. Over time, the inventory specialist will be trained in all areas of the business.
Essential Functions
Must be a Brand Ambassador for Exhale Brands Nevada by:
- Ensuring Exhale’s brands are pushed out to the floor promptly, ensuring we always had adequate stock of in-house products.
- Representing Exhale Brands Nevada positively and professionally in every interaction at work, outside of work and on social media
- Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information related to product development, financial information and personnel
- Maintains a high level of care and concern in relation to their assigned area
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong focus on accuracy, inventory SOPs, time management and cash handling (delivery & drive thru)
- Maintains and ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures, including local and state regulations
Inventory duties:
- Inventory room is kept clean and organized
- Accurately keep track of front and back stock levels
- Restock when needed
- Properly accepting product deliveries
- Properly accepting orders in Metrc
- Completing invoices in Green Bits
- Fulfilling online orders
- Product destruction
- Responsible for completing any work assigned to them during their scheduled shift, including:
- Adjust product quantities in Green Bits
- Complete store audits
- Update inventory bin product levels
- Maintains a high level of customer service when answering the phones, processing deliveries, or running the drive-thru station
- Performs other duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor

Position Summary
The Security Officer will ensure the safety of the guests, employees and physical assets of Exhale Nevada’s Retail locations in accordance with all State regulations and requirements. This position is responsible for general oversight of the premises as well as detecting and addressing any suspicious behavior or criminal activity. The ideal candidate will inspire respect and authority and possess the highest level of integrity.
As a key component of the guest experience, the Security Officer will also contribute to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all guests are greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable and welcome.
Essential Functions
Create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests by:
o Greeting every guest in a friendly manner.
o Create a fun and memorable guest experience by engaging with guests by answering questions and offering information.
o Maintaining Exhale’s guest service standards in every interaction.
o Help to ensure return visits by thanking guests and inviting them back.
Ensure the safety and regulatory compliance of the store by:
o Patrolling the premises regularly to monitor safety and establish presence.
o Monitoring the entrance and exit of guests in accordance with regulations.
o Removing trespassers from the property.
o Investigating and addressing any suspicious activity.
o Responding to alarms and addressing related issues.
o Providing support to Retail staff by removing any unruly or threatening guests.
o Contacting local authorities to report any incidents of violence, theft or vandalism.
o Maintaining daily logs and providing reports of any safety/security issues.
· Other related duties as assigned by the General Manager or Senior Leadership team.
Job Specifications
· Demonstrated experience in guest service in a fun and guest-focused environment.
· Ability to create engaging guest experiences.
· Knowledge and enforcement of Nevada State regulations as well as policies and procedures of Exhale Brands Nevada.
· Demonstrated experience as a security officer, preferably within the cannabis industry.
· Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
· Familiarity with report writing.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for opening and closing the store along with supervision of staff through coaching, training, observation and follow-up. The Lead Budtender should ensure: the dispensary runs smoothly, customer service is a priority, and all current policies and procedures are being followed. · Ensures each guest receives outstanding service by providing a clean and guest-friendly environment, including: greeting and acknowledging every guest; maintaining outstanding guest service standards; solid product knowledge; and all areas of guest service.
· Maintains all merchandising standards, display presentations and signage standards.
· Monitors inventory levels and reports low stock.
· Maintains and ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures, including local and state regulations per NRS 453A.
