Position Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory. They will also assist the Inventory Control Manager in verification of product counts and regulatory compliance standards upon deliveries. Ensure products are received within METRC and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale.

- Ensure all incoming products meet state compliance standards
- Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new product received.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in investigating any discrepancies.
- Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through standard quality checks, for quantity verification, and label verification.
- Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month.
- Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager for quick resolution.
- Research inventory variances and adjustments as directed.
- Work with Inventory Control Manager to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations

- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements

The inventory Control Specialist (ICS) is responsible for receiving retail products (including cannabis, hemp, paraphernalia, and supplies) into store inventory and maintaining accurate and organized inventory at all times. The ICS works with and orders supplies from vendors of paraphernalia and office supplies. Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and paraphernalia and report low inventory to Purchasing Administrator to determine reordering requirements.
Monitor inventory levels of cannabis/hemp items to ensure accuracy to METRC; immediately report inaccuracies to Purchasing Administrator.

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
- Run and maintain inventory level reports

The Inventory Control Specialist is a very important role for Green Dot Labs. The Inventory Control Specialist works across the Sales and Lab departments to ensure that Green Dot Labs’ inventory is accurate. The Inventory Control Specialist will work with the Sales Ops, Order Fulfillment, and Packaging teams.
Inventory Control:
- Daily cyclical inventory audits
- Monthly inventory audits
- Receive Finished Goods and enter into NAV
- Work with Order Fulfillment/Packaging to identify cause of variances
- Receive product from extraction that has passed testing
- Bi-weekly audits of WIP inventory
- Maintain organized storage of WIP inventory
- Help Inventory Manager select batches for packaging
- Identify and correct Metrc and NAV inventory discrepancies
- Finish tags in Metrc
- Organize Finished Goods inventory
- Receive rejected/returned product from orders
Order Fulfillment:
- Provide back up to Order Fulfillment for order assembly and QC
- Receive and organize shipments of supplies and dry goods
Compliance & Record Keeping Tasks
- Maintain Finished Goods physical inventory in NAV and Metric
- Maintain high-level Metrc knowledge and skills
- Maintain confident comprehension and ensure compliance of MED Medical and Retail Rules and City of Boulder regulations as they apply to post-extraction production and delivery.
- Complete all available Metrc training
- Participate in compliance audits
- Maintain detailed knowledge of all GDL policies, procedures, SOPs pertinent to labeling, Inventory Control and packing/transporting cannabis.
- Participate in all safety trainings and abide by safety policies

Job Summary
The Inventory Technician will be working closely with the Post-Harvest Lead and the Cultivation Inventory Lead to assure that we keep up to date on any plant movement in the state appointed seed to sale system. The ideal candidate will have experience with key inventory processes and systems and must be willing to work nights and partial weekends as required.
Duties and
Responsibilities
- Assess each room to determine that the plants all are in the correct area.
- Scan in each room to assure that they are accurate.
- Record all plant movement, and stage changes to assure they are accurately recorded.
- Work closely with Cultivation Lead, and Cultivation Inventory Assistant Manager and assist in any needs they may have for the day.
- Ability to come in during odd hours to accomplish end of month tasks.
- Maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork
- Work collectively with other team members and assist in any other departments as assigned.

A successful Noxx Inventory Control Specialist is a team-oriented individual who is able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of Receive-to-sale software and product tracking through the product life cycle
- Data entry in the METRC system and the 3e party Receive-to-sale system and ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date
- Auditing the physical inventory to ensure that the virtual inventory aligns precisely with the virtual inventory numbers and locations.
- Must have strong knowledge of Excel formulas and understanding of the Bill of Material and how it affects inventory movements
- Must be exceptionally well organized to handle large amount of inventory data, analysis and reporting
- Coordinate and conduct cycle and inventory evaluation and verification procedures for all locations

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
- Run and maintain inventory level reports

- Create manifests for lab samples and coordinate with the labs for sample pickup and verification.
- Assist with managing all COA’s received from lab samples submitted.
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation process in the Metrc tracking system
- Correctly input data and communicate effectively with department managers
- Monitor and analyze any discrepancies and coordinate with compliance manager for correction and proper documentation.
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Review, understand, apply, and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Verify manifests agree with label wording and amounts for packaged inventory
- Cross-train on and work alongside the Processing team with the packaging when required
Qualifications
Successful candidates will have a positive attitude and be somewhat mechanically inclined or at least not intimidated to learn and operate cannabis producing machinery. A high attention to detail, organization skills, and excellent communication skills to all parts of the organization. More specific qualifications include:

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. They ensure all AYR policies and regulatory requirements are adhered to. The Inventory Control Specialist reports to the Retail Inventory Manager and the Dispensary Store Manager.

- Maintain accurate counts of all inventories by doing daily counts and performing reconciliations when necessary
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged according to state and local regulations and is accompanied by all necessary paperwork
- Reconcile inventory to ensure that all information is accurately porting to the state system and no malfunctions are occurring
- Keep a clean and well-organized shop/Storage area that allows for unencumbered access to product, sinks, cleaning areas, and workstations
- Maintain all delivery records and invoices according to the methods prescribed by the General Manager and state regulations
- Ensure that all items meet the required quality standards and specifications
- Generate purchase orders or transfers to fulfill sale order requirements
- Run and maintain inventory level reports
Qualifications
- Ability to collaborate and work with others, while also able to work with limited supervision
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must meet age requirement as outlined by state cannabis agencies

Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the inventory and warehouse management system. This individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory in a computerized environment. The incumbent will be responsible for accurate inventory, run reports, analyze inventory issues, and resolve any discrepancies in a highly compliant environment. The incumbent will be highly trustworthy, ethical, and be able to work independently.
Duties and responsibilities or (Essential Functions)
- Correctly input data and communicate effectively with customers and vendors, either in person, telephone or through email correspondence
- Read, analyze, and interpret inventory related documents and reports
- Receive, inspect and store all warehouse product
- Proactive inventory planning for future orders and current availability
- Pull supplies from inventory and prepare them for delivery
- Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
- Maintain weekly inventory reconciliation in the tracking system
- Control all inventory processes utilizing the company's inventory and warehouse management system
- Analyze, run reports and resolve discrepancies in inventory procedures and/or product
- Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
- Demonstrate the ability to count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Perform cycle counting responsibilities
- Review, understand, apply, and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures
- Receive and check inbound goods for accuracy and place in the proper location
- Data Entry of inventory, inbound/outbound orders
- Verify manifests agree with label wording and amounts for packaged inventory
- Package product from shipping ticket generation
- Count and inspect finished goods on a weekly basis
- Pick product from pick tickets generated from the product availability sheet
- Verify amounts of product are accurate, prepared, pack, label and shrink band product for shipment
- Check manifests inventory against label wording and amounts
- Maximize the effectiveness of the inventory location
- Check the product in the vault and coordinate with courier team for delivery
- Cross-train on and work alongside the Processing team with the packaging when required
- This position will backup the Courier as required
- Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
Age: State law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over.
Experience: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of inventory experience, preferably working in a manufacturing environment. Experience ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality is strongly preferred
Prior computer experience in Microsoft or Google Suite, inventory and/or warehouse tracking systems
Prior experience analyzing reports and solving discrepancies

Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Partnership, Purchasing, Finance and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner. The Inventory Control Specialist performs functions for the Inventory Dept, Operations, Returns Dept and Clerical Dept. They identify ways to improve processes, write SOPs and job instructions for multiple departments tasks. They provide training and support to all areas of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor to assign cycle counts to Warehouse
- Responsible for recounting and reconciling discrepant cycle counts
- Investigate anomalies between inventory statuses and location and resolve discrepancies
- Perform inventory audits as requested by Compliance and Brand Partnership Depts.
- Investigate lost locations, perform appropriate adjustments, and inform Finance
- Identify and resolve daily JDA to SAP SYNC issues
- Identify and resolve daily METRC SYNC issues
- Contribute detailed notes on both month end sync reports to be reviewed by Operations Managers and Finance
- Responsible for sustainment for onsite product testing and process credit memos
- Responsible for destruction sustainment in JDA and report credit memos to Finance
- Resolve transfer issues between multiple warehouse and report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisors
- Facilitate manual transfers for irregular inventory movements as requested by Brand Partnership and Purchasing departments
- Responsible for sample SKU conversions, sample item lot setup and sample footprint creation and informing Operations and Finance
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors for sample case creation
- Responsible for systematic and physical SKU conversions as requested by SKU Creation Department
- Coordinate RTV with Warehouse Supervisors, create manifest and process credit memo to Finance
- Investigate customer returns and rejections, and provide feedback to Returns Department
- Assists Returns Department as a back up to investigate and stage reship
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisors when assigned to unpick reships and cancel paperwork
- Investigate shorts on truck and mispicks reported by Customer Care by cycle counting inventory
- Informing Customer Care and Compliance with outstanding issues to get METRC tags rejected
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor on receipt issues and request new POs from Purchasing
- Create SOPs and Job Instructions for Inventory Control and Operations functions
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Warehouse operations experience, order processing (IB through OB) using radio frequency device.

Position Summary
This position is responsible for maintaining store merchandise by intaking orders, compliance standards, cycle counts, delivery, curbside, drive-thru and running. The Inventory Specialist is assigned an area to work in for the day and is rotated based on performance and the needs of the business. Over time, the inventory specialist will be trained in all areas of the business.
Essential Functions
Must be a Brand Ambassador for Exhale Brands Nevada by:
- Ensuring Exhale’s brands are pushed out to the floor promptly, ensuring we always had adequate stock of in-house products.
- Representing Exhale Brands Nevada positively and professionally in every interaction at work, outside of work and on social media
- Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information related to product development, financial information and personnel
- Maintains a high level of care and concern in relation to their assigned area

The Inventory Technician will be working closely with the Post-Harvest Lead and the Cultivation Inventory Lead to assure that we keep up to date on any plant movement in the state appointed seed to sale system. Job Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory in their dispensary. They drive sales through maintaining an up to date and stocked online and in-store menu. - Will work directly w/ ICM (Inventory Control Manager) to achieve CTS (cannabis tracking system) & POS (point of sale) daily maintenance tasks

- Must be able to work 40-45 hrs a week, depending on the current workload at any time
- Must have basic familiarity w/ POS (GrowFlow) & CTS (METRC) software
- Must have a strong attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working with/on a computer for 20-25 hours of a normal workweek, at least
- Must take and pass the basic METRC 101 compliance course/webinar offered through the online portal
- Must be a team player who is flexible, punctual, and trustworthy, while also being capable of “self-starting” in order to meet professional presentation deadlines set by ICM
- Strong sense of responsibility and duty is a must; this is not a position for a fair-weather operator

Job Summary
The Inventory Lead is responsible for supporting their Inventory Manager/Supervisor and dispensary staff with supervising and maintaining accurate inventory control measures. Providing leadership, guidance, and support to team members, the Inventory Lead fosters an environment that is positive, upbeat, and respectful. The associate will regularly cross the physical quantities with system quantities and employ best inventory control practices that ensure these qualities are aligned.

Summary
The Inventory Control Specialist is a member of the Inventory Control Team which is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the health and integrity of HERBL’s operational inventory across all technological systems as well as METRC. This team works closely with business units (Operations, Shared Services, Brand Partnership, Purchasing, Finance and Compliance) to ensure all cross functional operations are interacting with HERBL inventory in an appropriate and compliant manner. The Inventory Control Specialist performs functions for the Inventory Dept, Operations, Returns Dept and Clerical Dept. They identify ways to improve processes, write SOPs and job instructions for multiple departments tasks. They provide training and support to all areas of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor to assign cycle counts to Warehouse
- Responsible for recounting and reconciling discrepant cycle counts
- Investigate anomalies between inventory statuses and location and resolve discrepancies
- Perform inventory audits as requested by Compliance and Brand Partnership Depts.
- Investigate lost locations, perform appropriate adjustments, and inform Finance
- Identify and resolve daily JDA to SAP SYNC issues
- Identify and resolve daily METRC SYNC issues
- Contribute detailed notes on both month end sync reports to be reviewed by Operations Managers and Finance
- Responsible for sustainment for onsite product testing and process credit memos
- Responsible for destruction sustainment in JDA and report credit memos to Finance
- Resolve transfer issues between multiple warehouse and report discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisors
- Facilitate manual transfers for irregular inventory movements as requested by Brand Partnership and Purchasing departments
- Responsible for sample SKU conversions, sample item lot setup and sample footprint creation and informing Operations and Finance
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors for sample case creation
- Responsible for systematic and physical SKU conversions as requested by SKU Creation Department
- Coordinate RTV with Warehouse Supervisors, create manifest and process credit memo to Finance
- Investigate customer returns and rejections, and provide feedback to Returns Department
- Assists Returns Department as a back up to investigate and stage reship
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisors when assigned to unpick reships and cancel paperwork
- Investigate shorts on truck and mispicks reported by Customer Care by cycle counting inventory
- Informing Customer Care and Compliance with outstanding issues to get METRC tags rejected
- Partner with Warehouse Supervisor on receipt issues and request new POs from Purchasing
- Create SOPs and Job Instructions for Inventory Control and Operations functions
Education & Experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Warehouse operations experience, order processing (IB through OB) using radio frequency device.
- Able to use PC and software like MS Word, Excel and Email with confidence
- Prior experience with cannabis inventory is preferred

Work Environment
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required communicate effectively with a variety of audiences. This role requires the employee to sit at a security desk using a computer and monitors for very long periods. This position is primarily performed in an onsite professional office environment and warehouse who must occasionally move equipment or supplies up to 20 lbs.

Job Overview
The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for the store’s day to day inventory tasks, which includes inventory counts, quality checks of incoming products, labeling and organization of inventory. They will also assist the Inventory Control Manager in verification of product counts and regulatory compliance standards upon deliveries. Ensure products are received within METRC and have appropriate labels before making goods available for sale.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ensure all incoming products meet state compliance standards
- Responsible for the labeling and tagging, organizing, counting and quality checks for all new product received.
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and assist in investigating any discrepancies.
- Ensure all products entering inventory have gone through standard quality checks, for quantity verification, and label verification.
- Count, reconcile, and complete monthly inventory audits every month.
- Escalate any inventory and UID discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager for quick resolution.
- Research inventory variances and adjustments as directed.
- Work with Inventory Control Manager to maintain an accurate log of inventory for disposal.
- Maintain a list of all quality hold/quarantined product.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Inventory experience in a retail or warehouse environment is a plus
- Strong math skills
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
- METRC or similar cannabis seed-to-sale tracking software experience (preferred)
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License
- Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., with or without assistance
- Ability to climb, push, pull, stoop, grasp, walk, sit, stand, bend and reach for the duration of shift

- Daily maintenance of menu decisions, product storage, intake, and continuous live tracking with internal systems.

Summary

As the Inventory Control Specialist, you will:
- Prepare reports for cycle count. Perform cycle counts. Coordinate others to perform cycle counts

Working Environment
This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures; may be exposed to

Hana Meds is an Arizona based, State licensed, Medical Marijuana company, that produces, retails and wholesales one of the best-selling pre-roll brands in Arizona, Dutchie and award-winning edible brand Love, Carrisa. Hana Meds is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist. The inventory control specialist is responsible for the movement and tracking of all inventory throughout the lifecycle of the plant and between departments in the most efficient manner possible by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Compare identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against invoices, orders or other records.
· Coordinates with grow team & kitchen about harvests and curing times etc.
· Must keep all inventory in facility (seed, clone, plant, flower, bud, edibles etc.) recorded accurately in seed to sale system at all times
· Responsible for keeping/staying compliant with AZDHS and the AMMA at all times
· Inventory control & management.
· Inventory Analysis, including weekly reporting on inventory.
· Operates our tracking/inventory software to properly track all incoming/outgoing inventory
· Understands and has a working knowledge of all job-related quality objectives, quality system policies, procedures, and instructions.
· Completing any and all other duties as assigned
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree is desirable.
· Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required.
· Biotrack Seed to Sale Software experience preferred
· Must be able to work M-F some Saturday hours
· MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD
· Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
· Previous Cannabis inventory experience preferred
· Excellent work ethic and communication skills
· Ability to work autonomously
· Experience in Microsoft Excel strongly preferred
