Job Summary
Responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls and emails. Maintaining and developing relationships with our customers, and understand customer needs and requirements. Inside sales representatives will be trained on technical nature of our service provision and includes prospecting for new business, setting appointments. Track sales and contact activities. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further negotiation and closure.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Works with sales and marketing team to develop new business.
- Make customer contacts each day via phone and email.
- Develops understanding of EVIO's services, and the technical and regulatory aspects of the business.
- Enter data and track activity using Salesforce.
- Maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all interactions.
- Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Laboratory Director, Laboratory Technicians prepare samples of plant, concentrate, and edible products for analysis. Lab work involves measuring and tracking samples, preparing sample dilutions, completing logs, maintaining hygienic lab conditions including washing labware. Technicians may also be required to interpret analytical data, prepare and review reports, work with the Laboratory Director to perform experiments and method validations. The lab technician will use software systems including Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), as well as office tools
Responsibilities and Duties
Sample Preparation for Analysis:
- The technician prepares samples in accordance with the associated method SOPs. The
following are tasks necessary for sample preparation:
- Homogenizations
- Weighing
- Extractions
- Dilutions
Daily Opening Procedures:
- Temperature logs for refrigerators, freezers, and incubators (as applicable)
- Scale calibration verifications
- Stocking consumables
- Cleaning labware
- General tidiness throughout the lab space
For more advanced technicians, the following may be included in their daily tasks:
- Sample Analysis using HPLC, GC, GC/MS, etc.
- Sample Reporting
- Manage inventory and ordering of materials
- Other laboratory quality management tasks

Qualifications and Skills
Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in one of the chemical or biological sciences preferred
- At least 2 years of college coursework from an accredited college or university and at least one year of full-time, non-education related practical experience performing analytical scientific testing in an accredited lab required
- Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task, effectively manage changing priorities and remain calm under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to demonstrate teamwork and collaborate effectively on projects and tasks with supervisor and co-workers

Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for managing the bookkeeping and support of other general office administrative tasks. Primary responsibilities include accounts payable, bank deposits, reconciliations, payroll, and other finance-related duties. Other duties include assisting with quarterly and annual audit requirements for publicly traded company.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintaining records according to generally accepted accounting principles including the recordation of general journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and reconciliation of bank statements.
- Accurately recording entries and payments for multiple entities and multiple bank accounts.
- Applying strong accounting skills, including A/P, A/R, purchasing backup, journal entries, and all bookkeeping through financial statement preparation.
- Participating in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Five or more years of office or bookkeeping experience.
- CPA licensed accountant preferred.
- Experience working with publicly traded company required.
- Payroll skills and use of common bookkeeping software is required.
- Intacct experience preferred.
- QuickBooks experience a plus.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping practices and procedures of publicly traded company required.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is absolutely required, as well as a track record of reliability, confidentiality, and conscientious work habits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision required.
- Ability to organize and prioritize effectively and attention to detail with exceptional level of accuracy required.

Job Summary
EVIO Labs Portland is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager/Analyst who would implement the quality system established by the company and also fill in when needed as a laboratory analyst analyzing data. The Quality Assurance Manager maintains the quality assurance/quality control aspects of the laboratory, reviews laboratory practices and procedures to assure conformance with regulatory quality assurance and safety standards; maintains the QA program standards and any LIMS based programs for quality control, statistical analysis, report generation and related activities. This role is mainly a Quality Assurance position with a break down of responsibilities below:
Responsibilities and Duties
Quality Assurance Roles & Responsibilities (80%)
- Serves as the focal point for local QA/QC and provide oversight and/or review of quality control data
- Establishes, coordinates, and monitors the laboratory QA program; works closely with lab management to plan, schedule, and implement QA related activities; and ensures that all labs meet all requirements for state regulations and accreditation organizations
- Arrange for or conduct internal audits annually
- Notify laboratory management of deficiencies in the quality system; and monitor corrective actions
- Support the laboratory's ability to and continually improve the effectiveness of its quality program through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions and management review
- Assures SOPs accurately reflect all phases of current laboratory activities
- Evaluates data objectively
Laboratory Analyst (20%)
- Analyze data using HPLC, GCMS and LCMS Triple Quad instruments
- Utilize Laboratory Inventory Management System (LIMS) and other sample reporting
- Comply with Quality Assurance program and other company policies
- Occasional travel may be required

Qualifications and Skills

REQUIREMENT: Must hold a bachelor's degree in one of the chemical or biological sciences from an accredited college or university, or have completed at least 2 years of college coursework from an accredited college or university and at least 1 year of full-time, non-education-related practical experience in a laboratory performing analytical scientific testing in which the testing methods are or were recognized by an accrediting body. - Documented training and/or experience in QA/QC procedures preferred
