JOB SUMMARY
The Pre-Roll Specialist is responsible for the daily activities involving manipulating flower & oil, weighing, stuffing, rolling labeling, and packaging cannabis products in an efficient and timely fashion. This role will be directly involved in manufacturing our products from the very beginning to a final sale-ready unit that will directly affect the customer experience with our branded products.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Staging product and packaging supplies to meet the daily production schedules.
- Performing quality assurance protocols as designated by procedures.
- Responsible for increasing operational efficiency and reducing waste through ownership, teamwork, communication, and collaboration.
- Perform in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure all product meets or exceed specifications.
- Ensuring 100% compliance involving proper weighing, data recording, product tracking, and security throughout the entire packaging process.
- Consistently operates in an efficient manner that also complies with all OSHA regulations, SOP’s, and all applicable required procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring each product is properly labeled in compliance with the DCC Regulations.
- Keep a precise count of all packaged product and weight(s) of product used for an accurate end of day reconciliation of packaged inventory and remaining inventory.
- Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system.
- Operates and maintains packaging lines for pre-roll equipment, stations, and program.
- Oversees the safe and secure transport of cannabis and cannabis products between production environments and secured storage, in a sanitary manner.
- Efficiently fill the pre-roll cones.
- Accurately weigh pre-rolls and fill to standards.
- Track and record pre-roll count each day.
- Maintain and clean the pre-roll workspace.
- Maintain the quality of the pre-rolls.
- Other duties as assigned by the manager.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Standing or sitting for long periods at a time.
- Working with hands.
- Packaging and labeling.
- Moving boxes up to 30lbs.
- May operate weigh equipment or sorters.
- Free of allergic reactions to cannabis products.
EDUCATION:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent

Empire is a legal cannabis dispernsary company who is currently seeking a A*ccounts Receivable personnel to join our accounting team at our Moreno Valley, CA location. Accounts Receivable manages incoming payments, by properly tracking those payments and entering the payments into our system to maintain accurate bookkeeping records. We are seeking a strong A/R* who is strong & skilled at obtaining payments. Good communication is also essential in this position.
Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Communication: Developed written and verbal communication skills are necessary when working as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Account receivable specialists will often communicate with clients, requesting payment or setting up payment plans.
- Project management: Strong project management skills are useful as an Accounts Receivable Specialist as they are often managing multiple projects at one time.
- Organization: Organizational skills are crucial as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The ability to closely pay attention to detail will ensure that records and reports are accurate.
- Computer: Advanced computer skills are useful as an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Specialists will often work with accounting and bookkeeping computer programs to identify past due accounts and to report payments.
Software ReQuirements:
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel & Word. Quickbooks is a must!
Education:
- An associate’s degree or training in accounting and billing would be nice with a minimum of 3 year's of experience. Sufficent experience without a degree is also acceptable.

- Clean driving record with no incidents for 3 years
