Job Description:
The Compliance and Metrc Administrative Assistant will assist the Inventory Manager with various daily tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and will work with limited supervision. This position will maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and technical knowledge for all processes and business conducted within Driven Grow. Business hours are 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory early mornings and nights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
路 Provides administrative assistance where needed.
路 Maintaining comprehensive and accurate data entry, records, documents, and reports.
路 Fulfilling METRC tag requests for the Grow, Processor, and Packaging Departments as needed.
路 Providing compliance information for METRC package tags, METRC labels, Third Party supplies, and various laboratory websites.
路 Verify and/or confirm compliance information.
路 Make accurate adjustments in METRC as needed.
路 Perform internal transfers of product in the METR system between licenses.
路 Populating manifest documents as needed for sales, testing, and transport.
路 Contract CRA when clarification is needed on compliance issues.
路 Prepare and print all packaging department labels for products while adhering to SOP鈥檚.
路 Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
路 Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as they come in.
路 Ability to implement standard office procedures/practices and able to operate office equipment.
路 Excellent verbal and written communication skills within Driven Grow and its vendors.
路 Ability to maintain confidentiality.
路 Prepare manifests and provide the shipping department with proper paperwork for outgoing orders.
路 Other duties as assigned.

Job Description;
