The Role
We are looking for a motivated, high-performing Account Executive with experience selling over the phone. Being comfortable on the phone is mandatory, but there is no prospecting required in this position - leads will be either inbound or warm or outbound to eBottle’s existing customer base.
The role requires answering inbound leads, qualifying prospects, the ability to execute a full sales cycle, open to close, as well as managing a book of business. The ideal candidate is hungry to get their hands on this massive, untapped sales opportunity, has a history of topping sales quotas, loves challenges, and thrives in a team-oriented environment. As you build your client book, you will be proactively reach out to your existing clients to ensure satisfaction/retention while continuously closing new business.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Educate and qualify prospects, ensure they are up to date with our products and services, and are introduced to new products and services.
- Follow up with all leads and prospective clientele in a timely manner.
- Utilize a consistent multiple contact process via phone and email to untap new prospects, nurture existing customers and qualify leads.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from inbound sales lead to closing a deal via phone and email.
- Develop and maintain daily plans to maximize high volume phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to metrics, and customizing scripts to market segments and prospect types.
- Conduct conversations with prospects in a consultative way; comfortable managing and overcoming objections.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to increase client satisfaction and retention.
- Effectively manage a CRM to document prospect interaction, ensuring efficient lead management, and maintain accurate information in our CRM per company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience.
- Strong full sales cycle skills.
- Strong CRM skills REQUIRED.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills.
- Experience with a fast growth or startup organization ideal.
- Proven ability to close via phone and email.
- BS or BA in business administration, sales, marketing or related field preferred.
- Excels in time management, organization and prioritizing leads.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
