We are looking for an individual who will be working with a variety of Laboratory/production tasks. This individual must be able to multi-task, work quickly and efficiently, and be adaptable to change priorities and tasks as needed. We have a very fast- paced environment as we continue to grow and expand. Must be motivated, trustworthy, and a team player.
Additional responsibilities include: Carrying out laboratory production; intake raw material; enter and track material quantities in our internal system; create batch records a given process; troubleshooting and resolving problems; maintaining logs and record books; maintaining glassware; daily lab cleanup.
Duties and responsibilities
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Intake and Process raw hempmaterial
- Document information by creating and maintaining accurate batch records.
- Keep equipment operational by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; performing preventive maintenance.
- Keep laboratory inventorying in stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
- Participate in planning personnel safety and warehouse protection activities.
- Operating, maintaining, and making adjustments and repairs to laboratory
- Resolves problems by examining and evaluating data; selecting corrective steps.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
- Enhances laboratory and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Maintains glassware by picking-up, cleaning, washing, sterilizing, and organizing.

Duties and responsibilities
- Achieve both monthly and quarterly quotas
- Learning Product and E1011 Labs brand inside and out
- Meet and exceed sales targets by making quality prospecting calls on a continual basis including cold call, emails and maintain customer information, appointments and opportunity information in company CRM.
- Controlling full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects and customers
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Present E1011 Labs as a professional, trusted brand to potential clients
- Collaborate cross functionally to achieve interdepartmental goals
- Focus on continuous improvement by applying various techniques and principles and making recommendations to management

Qualifications & Skills Required
- University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three to five years in a professional environment
- Cannabis industry experience considered a strong asset
- Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape industry is a plus but not required
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Representative or similar role
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Hubspot)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
