Job Summary: The Field Sales Rep will lead and manage sales and marketing for Dymapak’s proprietary packaging products within the Cannabis market.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals as determined by both you and Dymapak management.
- Sell and promote packaging products and value-added services to meet or exceed both short term and long term goals.
- Actively engage in sales calls on existing customers and cold calling on prospective customers at a frequency that places Dymapak in the preferred position.
- Develop a sufficient number of high potential prospects to generate long-term sales growth.
- Maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in territory, as well as, prepare and conduct regular business reviews to impact customer growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales support to provide customer proposals and quotations focused on generating business and market growth potential.
- Align with senior management to expand segment and product knowledge base and collaborate on promoting consultative selling solutions to generate new and existing customer growth opportunities.
- Develop business and financial acumen to effectively implement packaging sales strategies as directed by sales managers and consistently generate a level of profitability that meets or exceeds business and segment goals.
- Investigate and resolve all customer claims promptly and participate in issue resolution
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance sales competencies and further expand ability to effectively generate profitable customer and segment growth.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in the Cannabis packaging industry- current list of accounts and contacts is a BIG PLUS.
- At least three (3) years' experience in outside sales.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Skills/Desktop/PC Software-Microsoft Office proficiency - Required
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Experience in initiating and sustaining internal and external customer relationships.
- Exceptional follow-up and problem solving skills; ability to handle multiple tasks and effectively manage changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, successfully manage accounts, work under pressure, and adapt to changes in the work environment is essential.

Due to our rapid growth, we have expanded our manufacturing and procurement footprint to better serve our customers.
The expansion of our production facilities has created the need for a Sourcing and Procurement Analyst to support the management of direct material spend with our overseas (Asia) suppliers. Ability to speak Mandarin is highly preferred.
Job Summary: The Sourcing and Procurement Analyst supports the implementation and management of sourcing strategies to improve cost, quality and productivity. He / she manages relationships with vendors while monitoring and managing performance expectations. He / she will conduct spend analysis, support the gathering of business requirements, conduct industry research to identify trends, conduct supply market research and summarize insights for use in the development of new strategies.
This role will also provide transactional Procurement support, including daily oversight of supplier relationships, process compliance, and transactional accuracy. The role requires project management skills and attention to detail throughout the production process. He / she will play an active role in process and system improvement within procurement and in collaboration with suppliers.
The Sourcing & Procurement Sr. Analyst must be an excellent communicator. He/she is often required to work with customers, manufacturing partners, and to ascertain and facilitate their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage production of custom projects – responsibilities include artwork review, ensuring timely production and delivery of goods
- Prepare and issue quotations for custom projects.
- Work with in-house graphic designer to review artwork for custom projects and communicate any necessary changes to the salesperson and/or customer.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders.
- Resolve invoice issues related to pricing or product quality discrepancies.
- Prepare customer facing invoice for project specific work; includes creation of invoice, collection of deposit, and adjustments to invoice as needed when production is completed.
- Evaluate and measure vendor performance to ensure performance meets expectations.
- Maintain positive relationship with vendors and visit vendor sites as appropriate.
- Assist sourcing team with spend assessments, supplier selection, price negotiation, and bid evaluation processes.
- Take corrective action for non-conforming goods.
- Work closely with Operations team to manage supplier related disruptions to timely receipt of goods.
- Maintain operational focus when needed, with emphasis on customer service and day-to-day resolution of process and requisition-to-pay issues.
- Help identify cost saving projects and opportunities.

Dymapak is a contract manufacturer who specializes in packaging products across flexibles, paperboard, and tin. Our customer base is predominantly legalized Cannabis companies, however, we are penetrating the CPG and Pharma markets to diversify and grow our business. The Graphics Coordinator ensures artwork and specifications are completed accurately and to the customer’s and internal specifications. They will also work on establishing die lines and other technical information as required.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Gravure, Flexographic, and Digital Print Process across substrates.
- Ensure printing specifications are reviewed for accuracy before the packages are released to the pre-press department at our various factories.
- Review and Create Technical die lines and other technical information as required.
- Communication with external suppliers and clients as required.
- Help develop company marketing materials and help with ad-hoc projects related to company branding, marketing, and advertising.
- Promote teamwork, cooperation, and effective communication within the department and Company.
- Interact with all levels of the company.
- Other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- A college degree or equivalent and previous experience in printing desired; experience with manufacturing is preferred.
- Understand the print process for flexible packaging (is a plus) – flexographic, gravure, and digital
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat and Adobe illustrator and Microsoft Applications.
- Ability to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Working within tight time restraints and availability to work extra time when required.
- Good interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and organizational skills.
- Critical thinking a must – we are a small company and therefore need someone who can think ahead, solve problems, and think on their feet.

Job Summary: The Financial Operations Analyst is responsible for all aspects of domestic operations and finance, working closely with sales, procurement and senior management. Responsibilities vary from order processing and billing to accounting and finance related functions. We are seeking a person with a can-do attitude who is capable of wearing multiple hats and working across functions on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
Stock order processing and billing
· Confirms order, shipping and billing details with customer
· Monitors inventory and alerts procurement when stock is reaching critical levels
· Reviews order for required information, availability and issues
· Notifies salesperson of issues (availability, shipping, billing)
· Calculates shipping costs and creates shipping label
· Creates sales order/invoice with total costs
· Confirms invoice total and payment method/terms
· Coordinates payments with customers via email/phone
· Processes customer payment and authorizes shipment
· Coordinates payments with customers via email/phone
· Manages shipments and shipment issues
Custom order processing and billing
· Reviews order for required information, availability and issues
· Notifies salesperson of missing info and issues
· Coordinates 50% deposit with customer and confirms receipt
Accounting and bookkeeping
· Submit payments to factories and vendors
· Collect payments from customers, follow up for past due accounts, reconcile customer accounts
· Coordinate with bookkeeper to track incoming payments and accurately apply payments to outstanding invoices
· Track and proactively work with sales to collect past due balances from customers
