JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant. This person has a high attention to detail, strong computer skills with the ability to multi-task with minimal error.
We are seeking hard working, motivated, and energetic individuals to work for a great company! The Admin Assistant writes, types, and enters information into computer systems to prepare correspondence, statements, receipts, or other documents, copying information from one record to another. There is a lot of data entry of numbers, so 10 key experience is a plus. The Admin Assistant enters information into the CA state tracking system, METRC. Because this information is sent directly to the state, there must not be any errors in information, so this candidate is extremely detail oriented. An ideal candidate will also have Human Resources experience as well. This position is great for someone familiar with the cannabis industry who also appreciates the growth potential that it presents. The Admin Assistant position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday ( with possible overtime if needed). The shift is an 8 hour shift, from 8am - 4:30pm (schedule may be subject to change). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational and communication skills and ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, process work rapidly, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision.
- Assist Accounting team with purchase orders, coding invoices, accounts payable, and month end close process
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases with high degree of accuracy
- Receive incoming telephone calls and greet on-site visitors in a professional manner Assist clients by answering questions or directing calls to appropriate persons
- Establish, develop and maintain a filing system. Retrieve information from files when needed

CULTIVATION TECHNICIAN:
JOB SUMMARY
The Cultivation Tech is an entry level position that is part of a team in our legal cannabis cultivation/production facility and will report to the Cultivation Team lead and/or Cultivation Manager. The Tech will work to ensure the product quality meets our company’s high standards of production while continuing to improve the department as a whole. This requires communicating daily with supervisors and reporting the status of each flower room. The cultivation tech will be supplied the right tools and training to grow within the cultivation team of our Company. We are looking to hire individuals who don't mind rolling-up their sleeves and doing what it takes to get the job done because they know the future rewards are worthwhile. This is ideal for someone familiar with the cannabis industry who also appreciates the growth potential that it presents. The Cultivation Tech position is 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday ( with possible overtime if needed). The shift is an 8 hour shift, from 7am - 3:30pm (schedule may be subject to change). - Perform daily room maintenance checks to ensure everything is operating correctly

This requires daily communicating with and reporting any issues to the Trim Manager. The Trimmer will be supplied the right tools and training to grow within our Company. We are looking to hire individuals who don't mind rolling-up their sleeves and doing what it takes to get the job done because they know the future rewards are worthwhile. This is ideal for someone familiar with the cannabis industry who also appreciates the growth potential that it presents. The Trimmer position is 5 days a week, Monday through Sunday ( with possible overtime if needed). The shift is an 8 hour shift, from 8am - 4:30pm (schedule may be subject to change). - Bucking down product using scissors and/or pruners for 8 hours a day
- Trimming 1.5 lbs to 2 lbs of product in an 8-hour shift of a wide variety of strains
- Sorting processed material into different bins by grade and size
- Maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization
- Maintain accuracy in product weight during trim
- Maintaining cleanliness of trim room and all tools
- Wear uniform, hair nets, gloves
- Product shaving, crows feet, visible stems, or bud cutting is not allowed. Only clean trim of fine leaves is permitted
- No one is to enter the trim room without a uniform before/after their shift
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing daily

The Packager will work to ensure the product quality meets our company’s high standards of production while continuing to improve the department as a whole. The Packaging Department is the last point of contact with our product before it reaches the consumer, so quality assurance and attention to detail is vital for this department. This requires daily communicating with and reporting any issues to the Packaging Manager. The Packager will be supplied the right tools and training to grow within our Company. We are looking to hire individuals who don't mind rolling-up their sleeves and doing what it takes to get the job done because they know the future rewards are worthwhile. This is ideal for someone familiar with the cannabis industry who also appreciates the growth potential that it presents. The Packager position is 5 days a week, Monday through Friday ( with possible overtime if needed). The shift is an 8 hour shift, from 8am - 4:30pm (schedule may be subject to change). - Quickly and accurately weigh cannabis flower into 1/8ths or grams quickly and accurately
- Quickly and accurately assemble and pack boxes alongside team
- Handle products carefully and with a high attention to detail to prevent mistakes
- Maintaining a high level of efficiency and organization
- Take direction from department lead on our company standards and process

- Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing. Wipe down your table, sweep your area, put packaging materials away, pick up trash, tidy up your space, and other team cleaning duties.

Reports to: Operations Manager
Supervisory Responsibility: Trim Leads and Trim team
Position Summary: The Trim Manager will provide leadership and work flow expertise to optimize existing packaging procedures to drive value and build a competitive advantage as related to packaging. This position will manage dry room, trimming, supply oversight, inventory control, and quality control. This position will collaborate extensively with the Operations Manager and with all functions within the supply chain to ensure timely completion of assigned trim projects within the specified time, cost, and quality parameters set by company and industry standards. The manager will utilize best practices to assure that product integrity is maintained throughout our dry and trim environment. He or she will ensure that deadlines are consistently met and proactively communicate as changes arise.
Essential Functions:
- Manage, supervise and direct the activities of the trim department
- Training, development & performance evaluations
- Create, develop and utilize all resources to provide training programs and new employee orientation
- Production & staff scheduling
- Establish standards for trimming, sorting, and logistical procedures.
- Write, edit and review SOP’s
- Responsible for ensuring accuracy for all team members in proper trim etiquette, company trim standards, trim inventory and production numbers
- Inventory tracking and oversight
- Complete daily specified reporting responsibilities for all trim processes as directed by management
- Quality control of all product in dry room and trim room, and trim staff throughout the day
- Identify and carry out process improvements, ensuring supplier and company goals met or exceeded
- Collaborate with packaging manager, inventory clerk
- Based on trim supply par levels, ensure ordering inventories achieve the desired turnover ratio
- Manage and execute multiple projects at various stages with shifting priorities, and extremely tight timelines, and delegating tasks to appropriate staff to ensure all tasks are done on time
- Analyze existing operations while constantly optimizing overall efficiencies as related to trimming by collaborating cross functionally throughout the organization
- Understand, interpret, and refine trimming procedures to meet local, state, industry and company standards
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and rapidly expand new best practices across the trim department
- Establish project teams, coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, and ensure the efficient, cost-effective utilization of staff
- Recommend trimming methods and/or improvements based on company needs and resource capabilities

Requirements
- To be considered, the applicant must be over the age of 21
- Must be able to trim the daily quota per 8 hour shift (you will have to pass a trial before officially being hired)
- Must have cannabis knowledge (can tell different strains and grades apart)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to integrate with the existing team
- At least one year of dry indoor trimming experience (preferred)
- Full - time availability
- Must reside in Sacramento area
- Reliable transportation highly preferred
