Crowded Group, Inc. is a Colorado based cannabis company. We currently run 6 dispensaries, 3 cultivation facilities, and 2 concentrate labs.
We have been in the cannabis business since 2009 in Colorado and are expanding our operations!
We are looking for a seasoned candidate who is ready for a challenge and knows how to properly staff and build departments so they can effectively and efficiently meet the demands of this thriving organization. Responsibilities:
- **Must have a valid Colorado MED (Marijuana Enforcement Division) Badge**
- Support employees throughout the employee lifecycle; recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, employee development, off-boarding, and more.
- Manage the recruitment process including job postings, phone screens, the coordination of interviews and the job offer process.
- Facilitate the on-boarding process and ensure all new hire paperwork is complete and accurate.
- Manage the off-boarding process.
- Administer processes and maintain accurate records of transactions such as new hires, promotions, performance reviews, terminations, time tracking and business reporting.
- Field general Human Resource related questions; escalate issues and collaborate with external consulting partners as appropriate.
- Work with internal leadership to create process improvements.
- Facilitate Human Resource related projects or initiatives which may include facilitating completion of job descriptions, supporting the performance review process, working with teams to increase employee engagement.
- Participate in training initiatives for organization
- Process unemployment and worker’s compensation claims
- Research and provide recent updates/revisions to Federal, State, and Local laws
- Serve as 1st point of contact for payroll, benefits, and risk management inquiries
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor' s Degree preferred
- 3 -5 years customer service experience required
- 3-5 years HR experience preferred
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential
- Experience presenting in front of a group
- Proactive approach to solving problems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Job Summary:
The incumbent serves as a Cultivation Associate I. The position supports the activities of a Lead Cultivation Manager in an assigned grow room or set of rooms as applicable. The position reports to an assigned Lead Cultivation Manager.

Essential/Primary Responsibilities:
- Performs all duties assigned by the Lead Cultivation Manager in completing tasks related to cannabis cultivation. The Cultivation Associate I is primarily responsible for cleaning, upkeep and sanitation of the cultivation facility. Including, but not limited to, breaking down and setting up rooms, washing and sanitizing equipment.
Experience and Knowledge Required:
- Entry level or up to two years experience in commercial marijuana grow.
- MED Support or Key Badge
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of work experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply safe and effective commercial marijuana cultivation techniques.
- Comprehend and follow all warning labels and instructions in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS), and product labels.
- Learn and use applicable trade tools such as PPM Meters, computer software and basic garden implements.
- Comprehend basic water quality parameters such as pH and ppm.
- Follow established proprietary nutrient program.
- Routinely lift and carry 50 pounds.
- Breakdown, clean and reload grow rooms post-harvest.
- Monitor the health and vigor of the plants, including insect and disease oversight.
- Effectively and accurately prunes plants and supports plants by trellising.
- Completes assigned duties within established time-frame.
- Follows instructions and is willing to take on additional official tasks.
- Perform other official duties as assigned.
- Utilizes the right amount and type of materials needed to ensure the finished product is up to company and state standards.
- Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the of the Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED).
- Follows SOP’s and complies with all safety regulations.
- Excellent mathematic, language, and reasoning skills.
- Clean or service machinery to ensure operating efficiencies.
- Establish effective working relationships with senior management and staff.
- Communicate clearly and comprehend written and verbal assignments and SOP’s.
- Consistently perform daily work in assigned grow rooms such as cloning, planting, pruning, supporting, tying-up, cutting back and cleaning of assigned grow rooms.
