POSITION TITLE: Machine Team Lead
POSITION STATUS: Full Time/Nonexempt
POSITION RANGE OF PAY: $17.50 per hour
Job Description
Machine Team Lead is responsible for handling product that enters and leaves the trim room. Ensure batch records are up to date and accurate before staging for the next Process. End of shift duties are completed including verifying Data is recorded in the correct Batch records, and performs an audit for weight match batch records, room sanitation and end of day communication with supervisor. Maintain a positive and healthy work environment. Must be organized and able to keep Processing Department moving smoothly and productive.
MACHINE TEAM LEAD RESPONSIBLITIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Work well and effectively with fellow co-workers.
· Transport, sort, and deliver all product to proper destination and communicate with the data entry Technician to keep all product in the correct location and real time inventory.
· Inform the supervisor of any weight differences.
· Approach and take charge of any situation that includes interactions with employees as well with other departments.
· Work well with other departments and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
· Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
· Work with minimal supervision and make independent decisions for proper work flow.
· Able to operate all machinery in the trim department.
· Follow instruction on how to maintain and adjust Machinery (Twisters and Gladiator)
· Complete tasked issued by the supervisor.
· Batch record completion.
· Double check that the weight technicians recorded Batch weights matches labeled weights on storage container prior to product movement at end of every day (c-vault, totes and/or cure tubes)
· Communicate with the Weight Technion’s to address data inconsistencies and to gather missing data.
· Manage filing and routing of source documents after entry.
· Maintain records of completed work.
· Enter and update files in real time into Excel spreadsheets for daily report and in process.
· Follow and understand all processing SOP
· Keeps team moving forward and completing goals and performance Tracking (metrics)

ACCEPTABLE EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
· High school diploma.
· Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc.).
· Assembly line experience
· Knowledge of twister and gladiator (assembly, disassembly and adjustment) preferred but required
· Cannabis Hand Trimming experience required! (At least 1 to 2 years)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Copperstate’s Grower is responsible for collaboratively creating and leading the grow strategies in terms of strain selection, plant health and maintenance and R&D. This role is also directly responsible for day-to-day management of implementation of Copperstate Farms’ production overview including lighting environment, fertigation, and delivering healthy productive plants.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Directly responsible for nutrient and watering usage.
· Directly responsible for proper environmental conditions by regulating humidity, ventilation, and temperature utilizing Priva climate control software.
· Communicates all cultural or plant issues to the Head Grower immediately.
· Directly responsible for the troubleshooting of crop issues and diagnosis of unknown health or damage problems and communicates with Head Grower.
· Directly responsible for maintaining records of crop activities and observations, including growth records to ensure the most effective data to produce the highest yield of production for each plant strain and communicates with Head Grower.
· Directly responsible for delegating and setting routines for Assistant Growers and communicate with Head Grower.
· Directly responsible for managing the training of Assistant Growers and communicates with Head Grower.
· Directly responsible for fertilizer room and staff to ensure consistency of nutrients including PH levels, EC levels and checking drip and drain as well and making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal conditions for plants and communicates with Head Grower.
· Working with greenhouse labor management team to ensure efficiency in operations.
· Directly responsible for bio team on IPM schedule, application rates, treatments, beneficial insects and other responsibilities to ensure that plants are healthy as possible to maximize harvest and healthy environment and communicates with Head Grower.
· Overseeing the Assistant growers schedule and responsibilities. Working to ensure production of plants and environment is optimal conditions.
· Working with Head Grower on plant health, scheduling timelines for production, overseeing SOPs and setting Harvest schedules.
· Working with Scouting team on issues with plants, approving destruction and removal for extraction, and communicates with head grower.
· Working with management on daily walk-throughs and meetings to make sure that production team and other Departments are updated and aligned.
· Oversees strain selection and R&D strain process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

He or she will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and communicate effectively with multiple levels both internally and externally. A bachelor’s degree in plant science or biology is preferred along with 5-10 years of experience in a large, high-tech greenhouse vegetable / cannabis grow.

Copperstate’s Assistant Grower is responsible for day-to-day involvement in the growing of plants and implementation of reliable growing processes including irrigation, lighting, temperature, growing media, fertilization, nutrition, and monitoring the overall health of plants.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Training and Engagement Specialist will be responsible for training skills, knowledge, and effective leadership behaviors to newly hired and current employees. This will be done by providing on the job education, developing enhanced education and materials, and to keep everyone up to date on changes in the industry that affect their jobs. Training will be done in different formats: seminars, team exercises, online videos, and team building events. Provides continuous education in technology advancements, the latest findings from research and development and changes in the industry. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Conducts training for leadership team, managers and supervisors, and front-line employees.
· Leads training programming in all facilities for Copperstate Farms both in Phoenix and Snowflake.
· Works with management to schedule training programs for all employees.
· Works to keep training programs vibrant and entertaining in order to engage employees and trainees.
· Leads New Hire Training and On-Boarding Process
· Leads Patient Advocate Training and creates programming for advancement in knowledge of cannabis, cannabinoids, and terpenes.
· Ensures that all training materials and programs are compliant with laws and regulations governing the industry.
· Provides online and conference call training session for offsite employees.
· Recommends management strategies to administration that are targeted for specific departments with the goal of increasing efficiency and effectiveness and generating increased revenues.
· Prepares training materials and presentations for employees and with the approval of management. Places all such materials and presentations into a Shared Drive.
· Creates monitoring strategies to ensure that employees are performing job duties according to training.
· Develops status reports to monitor employee performance and response to training.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist will be primarily tasked with computer hardware implementation, desktop software installation, IT Asset Management (ITAM) tracking, IT hardware troubleshooting and the resolution and documentation of end-user IT issues. Being part of an IT support team, this individual will need both technical expertise and strong communication skills to assist with daily help desk calls for both hardware and software support.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
Duties of this job include, but are not limited to:
· Provides technical support, assistance, and customer service to internal staff.
· Troubleshoots level 1 technical and network problems with computers, laptops, printers, video equipment, phones, software, scanners, projectors, user accounts and/or related equipment on sites.
· Prepares, updates, and maintains technical inventory database at site(s).
· Staff the helpdesk to resolve IT requests verbally, remotely or by submitting a work order if the resolution requires a site visit.
· Provides on-site or remote assistance via requests submitted through the helpdesk ticket system.
· Perform software and firmware updates, maintain and track IT asset inventory including, peripherals, IT accessories and hardware. Back up end user data, image and performs post image setup.
· Receives and/or transfers IT equipment; moves equipment throughout corporate locations based on district needs and fills out/submits transfer documents as required.
· Sets up technical equipment for team member level meetings, presentations, and in-services at site(s).
· Participates in/on a variety of meetings and /or teams related to technology.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities:
- Build, develop and maintain key relationships to increase sales in current medicinal marijuana dispensaries within account range by finding added value solutions
- Must be able to be comfortable with cold call selling to hit prospect accounts in order to build total company sales
- Meet sales targets, KPI’s and brand objectives through collaboration and sales strategies with customers
- Manage and maintain customers account balance, schedule and collect payments to make sure customers credit terms are kept up to date and paid on time

Requirements:

We are searching for a well-rounded candidate with experience managing computer applications and IT infrastructure while also handling day-to-day IT functions. The IT Manager will coordinate, plan and lead all computer-related activities for Copperstate Farms (the Company) and its entities. This position will be responsible for deploying computer systems in order to fulfill the Company’s information systems and security requirements. Additionally, this position will serve as the main point of contact between the Company and the Managed Service Provider.

This is what will be expected of an IT Manager but are not limited to:
· Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule and scope of project.
· Develop, maintain and revise proposals for assigned projects and growth plans; including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines and budgets.
· Set and track key performance indicators with the Director of Security; manage and account for unforeseen delays, then realign schedules and expectations as needed.

· Develop and maintain a schedule for evaluation of system security, firewall effectiveness and password maintenance.

· Be hands on with retail build-out for new and existing stores and be involved in the management and design of retail store technology solutions.
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.

· Orchestrate new employee network access, to include: laptop assignment, employee ID/ keycard access and the issuance of company cell phones.
· Oversee relationships with managed service provider, vendors and service.

PURCHASING ASSISTANT RESPONSIBLITIES:
