- Maintain and manage all product knowledge resources and tools.
- Manage assigned Division of Responsibility (DOR).

- Collaborate with store leadership to drive strategy and achieve goals.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of retail management experience.
- Entry-level knowledge of cannabis products and related vocabulary is preferred.
- Cannabis experience is a plus but not required.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Must be reliable and dependable with a good work ethic.

Position Title: Sales Associate/Delivery Driver
Reports To: Retail General Manager
Position Summary: This position requires a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills to support the daily operations of company’s Retail Dispensary, including, sales, cash handling processes, inventory, customer service, regulatory compliance, communication, customer education and information management, and all other necessary requirements to remain in compliance with state laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the face of the dispensary, warmly greet every customer entering the show room
- Actively engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions, and drive product sale
- Handle customer issues and complaints in a proactive and professional manner with customer retention always in mind, escalating to the appropriate parties when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer experience with every guest, every time
- Promote current sales promotions, marketing initiatives and new product launches to customers
- Complete sales transactions courteously and maintain proper accountability at registers
- Maintain store selling floor cleanliness, back-room organization, visual presentation and safety standards at all times
- Uphold inventory control to minimize loss by complying with all BCC and company inventory control procedures, product waste procedures and vendor delivery procedures.
- Through the point-of-sale system ensure each customer has a complete profile inclusive of email address, phone number, and how they heard of us
- Assist with dispensary operations and opening and closing procedures during hours of operation
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, process, procedures, and requirements
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and communication
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules.

Required Qualifications:
- Regular attendance
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- A minimum of 2 years’ in a customer-centric sales environment

Position Title: Operations Supervisor JD
Reports To: General Manager
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing and holding the operations team accountable for policy and procedure, compliance, ingestion and all other operational objectives of store operations. This position leads a team that implements and continuously improves all accuracy, training and execution of operational initiatives.
- Manage the sales team and oversee managerial duties when the GM or ASM is not available
- Assist with any compliance inspections as needed
- Motivating employees to achieve sales targets
- Make sure the staff is scheduled appropriately and the schedule is posted in a timely manner
- Assist in cash pickups and change requests with the bank as needed
- Ensure store is audit compliant and achieves acceptable scores
- Ensure operations team achieves store’s shrink goal
- Establish and implement operational policies, standards and procedures for staff
- Oder store supplies as needed
- Communicate with the GM all things prevalent to the success of the whole team.
- Execute or assist with dispensary operations and opening and closing procedures during hours of operation
- Comply with company cash handling policies and perform daily cash management responsibilities and compliance reporting per company policy
- Upload Metrc sales and send out end of day sales emails at the close of each business day
- Make change for sales associates as needed
- Close out employee’s registers upon completion of the shift
- Adhere to all company-wide policies, process, procedures, and requirements
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment.
- Work with management team to increase sales and foot traffic
- Contribute to team environment and company advancement in alignment with the strategic direction set by management
- Support in the management of dispensary sales and database, including weekly summaries of metrics
- Verify the receipt of dispensary supplies, equipment, and other resources
- Maintain a culture of high-quality customer service and communication
- Assist with facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including phone, utilities, technology, maintenance, repairs, stock and supplies.
- Notify General Manager about any customer or product concerns/complaints
- Notify General Manager about any operational (security, plumbing, HVAC, computers, etc.) issues
- Comply with all HR policies, including confidentiality and non-disclosure
- Daily compliance with dispensary policies, including but not limited to the following: state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, inventory tracking, dress code, and work schedules
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations pertaining to medical and/or retail marijuana is a plus.
- Must successfully pass an extensive background check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Working knowledge of medical and/or retail cannabis industry.
- Working knowledge cannabis point of sale system is a plus.
- Excellent computer and data analytical skills
- Reporting and Information Management: must have proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with process management, team problem solving, and inventory control.
- Minimum 1 year of Dispensary experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends.
- Must be 21 years or older.
Physical Requirements:
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of center.
- Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.

Position Title: Retail General Manager
Reports To: Head of Operations
Position Summary:
The Retail General Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team that consistently delivers top-line sales growth. The Retail General Manager is accountable for all aspects of managing a single store as well as all other projects and duties assigned including but not limited to managing sales performance and identifying sales opportunities; developing overall store strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals; delivering exceptional customer service; fostering a positive culture and work environment; achieving maximum sales and profitability by focusing on key business initiatives.
The Retail General Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial success of the store and has full P&L responsibility. The GM is responsible for responding to business needs and strategizing around business trends in order to drive profitable top line sales growth. The General Manager must also have experience in assessing, recruiting and screening talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performance
- Meet or exceed goals related to total store sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Responsible and accountable for store P&L and controllable expenses
- Forecast and adjust payroll and store scheduling to maximize productivity, achieve sales & payroll goals, and complete workload.
- Review and interpret financial and operational reporting regularly, including store visit and audit results.
- Identify under-performing metrics and develop strategies that leverage company programs, tools, and resources to improve and grow the business
People
- Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team of top talent.

- Protect company assets and minimize loss by ensuring all store standards and operating procedures are met, including workplace safety, inventory control, cash handling and loss prevention
- Ensures the implementation and effective application of information, tools, and systems required to meet customer needs
- Responsible for facility maintenance and troubleshooting as necessary including proper upkeep of phone, utilities, technology, maintenance, repairs, stock, and supplies
- Ensures store and team compliance with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to the following: Inventory management and reporting, employee reporting, and packaging
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all employees and customers

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related fields is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles of exceptional leadership, management, communication, and training skills in a customer-centric sales environment
- Strong leadership skills, ability to build and manage teams
- Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
- Demonstrated ability to achieve individual selling goals and metrics
