Full Job Description:
One of the leading cannabis brands in Los Angeles is looking for Northern California Brand Ambassadors to represent us at Dispensaries throughout the area at "Patient Appreciation Days".
Job Purpose:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador who would promote and educate shops and patients about the Click Spray brand and products. A Brand Ambassador needs to be committed, have a high level of product knowledge, and a professional level of consumer engagement. You will be the face of our company by setting up promos at various locations. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company's brand awareness, educate the consumer and generate sales opportunities. This is a great opportunity to start a career path at Click Spray and advance into other sales roles. (This is an independent contractor position.)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promotional Demos and Budtender Training on our products.
- Working with Account Managers to obtain feedback about clients
- Setting up demo area and kit
- Greeting customers
- Educating consumers (e.g. product features, services and pricing)
- Increasing brand awareness
- Generating sales opportunities
- Some weekends or late nights may be required for this role
- Will utilize phone, email, and text to create leads and plan appointments
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- All applicants must be over the age of 21 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Must love a fast-paced environment, with the ability to be very flexible and adaptable
- Knowledge of THC products and cannabis industry required
- People skills with an outgoing personality
- Have reliable transportation
Pay: $50 per hour + gas reimbursement (mileage)

Retail Success Manager - Cannabis - Los Angeles
VB Brands is looking for a motivated, responsible go-getter to join the team as a Retail Success Manager. If you have a strong background in sales, communications, training and development and client relations, and are interested in the fastest-growing consumer products industry in the world, we want to hear from you!
The ideal candidate has a great understanding of the cannabis industry generally, with specialized knowledge of the brand and retail landscape in California, and can keep up with news and events as they relate to the California market and all things related to the Click brand. The Retail Success Manager will need to be able to enthusiastically communicate the benefits of the Click portfolio of products to retailers across the state, build relationship with retail management, staff and key personnel, and think creatively about ways to improve upon established industry norms for creating success in retail environments.
Our Retail Success Manager will work with and report directly to the CEO to ensure that the Click Brands’ voice is consistent and reliable. He or she is eager to bring ideas to the table and can work with a team to execute on all company initiatives.
In addition to the daily duties above, we are looking for someone who knows the value of networking and can build strong relationships in the industry. He or she will oversee retail activations to ensure that retail customer satisfaction is of the highest level. In doing this, the Retail Success Manager will act as a liaison between the company and the clients/retailers.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain a strong relationship with all Click brand retailers
- Build strong relationships within the industry, while focusing on B2B opportunities
- Oversee retail activations and ensure high levels of retail customer satisfaction
- Strategic planning for retailer training and retail activation, including research of retailer in order to tailor training efforts to individual sites, making sure all marketing and educational materials are on-hand, ensuring efficient schedules for retail team, developing and providing materials for valuable feedback from both retailers and consumers, establish follow-ups for all training sessions
- Assist with creation and distribution of announcements and offers when applicable (e.g. event activations, new products, brand incentives, etc.)
- Develop key messaging and communications strategy to retailers
- Identify important events and opportunities that may serve as growth opportunities for Click brands
- Work with the marketing department to maintain a strong connection to retailers through social media, while assisting with new ideas and relevant content strategy
- Manage the process of developing and executing activations and patient appreciation days (PADs)
- Generate retail social media engagement, budtender training material, event activation material, and retail and consumer educational information for use across all digital platforms including website when needed
- Assist with social media content (including written copy, photography at retail locations, relevant article share, and B2B engagement)
- Articulate the value of Click Brands consistently to all retailers and B2B partners
- Consistent (and relentless) communication with sales team, CEO, and various stakeholders to report activation and training progress, new opportunities for Click, prospective clients, and anything/everything to ensure all efforts of the company are in line
Qualifications
- 4-year degree in English or Communications (or equivalent experience) preferred
- 3 years of retail sales, retail success or brand ambassador experience within the cannabis industry, or in other applicable industries (e.g., health and wellness, alcoholic beverage, etc.)
- Proven ability to recognize priorities and complete tasks according to set timelines
- Enthusiastic communications skills and ability to engage with others
- A natural team-player and leader
- Charismatic, self-motivated, responsible, dependable, detail-oriented
- Naturally creative and unafraid to bring new ideas to the table

- Minimum 1-year experience working for a reputable cannabis brand
- Existing direct relationships with dispensary buyers
- Proficient in building and maintaining professional relationships with both prospective and existing clients

- Must be an exceptional communicator (You must actively communicate with the Director of Sales to ensure that orders are fulfilled and all corresponding payments collected in a timely manner)
