Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide feedback from the market to the company to help identify trends and opportunities in the marketplace to assist with new product launches.
· Identify and target potential dispensaries for introduction to our brands and product lines, execute sales calls, visit dispensaries, serve as a professional and competent contact for the company, our customers, and patients.
· Place orders in METRC, log all customer touches on Leaf Link daily
· Work closely with Post-Harvest and Inventory Managers to maintain adequate supply and demand of all CAMP Products
· Submit bi- monthly reimbursements and mileage reports
· Manage scheduling and execution of dispensary educational events and communicating details to staff members.
· Producing weekly sales reports and providing customer feedback on weekly meetings.
· Attend weekly operational meetings and provide sales perspective into company decision and discussions
· Participate in other marketing and sales duties when needed.
· Establish relationships with MIPS for sale of bulk flower and trim.
- Excellent computer skills including in-depth utilization of Microsoft Office Platform, METRC, and LeafLink
Schedule: Weekdays with weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Details: Cultivation Technicians work as members of a team responsible for tending flowering plants, assisting with harvest operations, and maintaining order and sanitation within the facility. Cultivation Technicians report to the Cultivation Director and interface with members of the Propagation and Post-Harvest teams to ensure a smooth rotation of cannabis flower through the production stream.

Qualifications:
- Ability to perform detailed and repetitive work following strict operational protocols in a high-paced environment
- Ability to keep accurate and timely records and notes in a standardized format
Experience: Experience with cannabis is not necessary, but is preferred
Education or Applicable Experience: A bachelor’s degree in horticulture or another plant science discipline; or at least 3 years of experience in a logistics or production work environment such as a fabrication shop, warehouse, factory, or farm
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and horticultural practices relating to flower production and facility sanitation in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules set forth by the Missouri Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS)
- Performance of cultivation and sanitation activities including transplanting mature vegetative plants; pruning, thinning, training, and trellising flowering plant canopies; applying foliar nutrient sprays; scouting plants for nutrient deficiencies and pest infestations; mixing and checking fertilizer stock solutions; harvesting mature cannabis flowers; cleaning and sanitizing the facility; and equipment maintenance
- Participate in the day-to-day activities and housekeeping tasks of other workgroups and departments as needed to support the team effort along the entire product stream
Expectations:
- Strong cannabis knowledge/passion for the plant.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, per state law.
