Wage: Starts at $13.00 per hr. - $14.00 per hr. after successfully passing the 90-day probationary period
Job Type: Full-time (40hrs)
Schedule: First two weeks of training will be Tuesday – Saturday
Regular schedule will be: Sunday – Wednesday, and Saturday with the need of increased production, days and times are subject to change
Start time/End time: 8: 00 am –5:00 pm
Breaks/Lunches: Two 10-minute paid breaks, Up to one 1-hour unpaid lunch
Work Location: One location
Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Job Duties:
Our Dishwasher/Production team members play an essential role in our company’s mission for quality, consistency and safety. Your time will be spent in the dish room following specifically outlined production goals organized by the department lead . This position is responsible for ensuring that all production equipment is hand washed and sanitized using a three basin sink then loaded into a high temp commercial dishwasher. Once the dishes are cleaned and sterilized this person will place them on drying racks and restocked in each production department. This employee well be expected to keep the dish and drying areas cleaned and organized according to company policies and New Mexico safe food handling requirements.
Reports to: Dishwashing Lead,Production Managers, Director of Operations, Chief Operating Officer
Collaborates with: Dishwashing team,Packaging team, Gummy team, Chocolate team, Lab/Extraction

Qualifications:
- Proven track record with experience in a fast-paced kitchen or production environment
- Hardworking, organized with an eye for detail
- Must have a good attitude and be willing to work under constant time pressure
- Must be NM Food Handlers Certified (certificate can be earned after interview process and before employment)
- Must be 21+ years of age
- Must pass state and federal background checks prior to job offer
Responsibilities include:
- Maintains clean and well-organized dish and drying areas
- Properly hand washes dishes, glassware and utensils using a three-compartment sink and high-temp commercial dishwasher
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area at all times
- Follow all health and safety guidelines for proper food equipment washing, sterilizing and drying
- Ability to efficiently complete repetitive tasks in a timely matter
- Sort and stack clean dishes
- Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas and production areas
- Weekly maintenance and cleaning to in-ground grease trap
- Completes all daily and monthly cleaning tasks in and around the dish room and drying areas
- Always adhere to PPE requirements, (gloves, facemask, apron, non-slip shoes)
- Assisting other production departments as requested by production management
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing for up to 8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 55 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and wipe frequently
- Must frequently immerse hands in hot soapy water
- Handle soaps, detergents, sanitizer and cleaning agents while adhering to all PPE requirements
- Must be able to work in a wet, hot and damp environment
Licensing/Certificate Requirements:
- Must maintain a clean state and federal criminal record
- Must hold a valid NM Food Handlers Certificate
- Must maintain other required licensing and or certificates as directed by NMRLD/CCD

Job Responsibilities:
The Packaging/Production Associate is essential in supporting the final packaging and labeling of all cannabis infused edibles and oil products. This position is vital in providing the highest level of written and verbal communication, teamwork, time management and productivity . This team member MUST possess exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, time management skills and is result driven. This position may also support other edible production teams as directed by supervisors and management.

- Experience with Safe Quality Food (SQF) practices is desirable
- Must have strong proofreading skills
Job Duties include:
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
- Working in an assembly line environment
- Preparation and assembly of product packaging
- Apply specific product labels and compliance labels to finished packaging
- Ensures that all packaged and labeled products are accurate before and during assembly of final shipping containers
- Ensures quality control processes are followed and is maintained throughout the packaging and labeling processes
- This candidate must be dedicated to constantly improving their own work and the production processes used by CDP
- Responsible for maintaining relevant technical expertise and continually establishing an up-to-date awareness of evolving quality control and industry compliance changes
- Ensures that all personal hygiene practices along with ensuring all required PPE requirements are adhered to
- Observe quality of product, processes and report any issues to production leads and or management
- Double checking all work for accuracy
- Must maintain accuracy with all inventory counts
- Maintain clean, organized and productive work areas that meet all CDP’s and New Mexico health code requirements
- Maintain a safe environment and positive work environment
- Assisting other production departments as requested by production management
Physical Requirements:
- Assembling packaging, applying labels and filling product containers by hand while keeping up with the work pace set by department leaders
