- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

What will you be doing?

Requirements and skills

- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute sales strategy to meet monthly and yearly volume goals (Reporting Actual vs AOP): Financial Performance, 'Metrics, Head Count, Monthly Forecast, Previous Month Review, Wins and Challenges, New ProductDiscussion, Market Condition).
- Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including sales forecasting, direct relationship management and development, negotiation of buying agreements and lead conversion, deal evaluations and approvals
- Lead and coach a team of account executives (where applicable) to meet and exceed Green Thumb’s wholesale objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 7+ years of outside sales preferably in consumer packaged goods (food & beverage, preferred), minimum 2 years of people management
- Highly Data and Analysis Driven
- Experience of P&L and budget management
- Demonstrated experience of exceeding sales quotas
- Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business.
- Customer focus and experience in Zendesk
- Experience working in sales management systems (i.e. Salesforce) and advance knowledge of excel
- Knowledge of cannabis industry, market trends and competition highly preferred
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative and able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense and resourcefulness
