POSITION SUMMARY
The Patient Care Agent must provide superior customer service and educational guidance to registered patients and caregivers. The Patient Care Agent must maintain a thorough understanding of medical marijuana varieties, derivatives, and infused products based on current offerings in the Massachusetts market and current cannabis science. The Patient Care Agent must maintain a professional appearance, organized work environment and cleanly facility. Ability to follow a multi-step process to complete patient transactions in an accurate and efficient manner.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred.
- Two years of education or equivalent, required.
- Experience in a high-end sales environment, preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment that protects customer confidentiality, preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Extraction Agent provides on-site support to produce ACS’ medically manufactured products. The Extraction Agent completes tasks assigned by the Extraction Manufacturing Manager to monitor and maintain the organization, cleanliness and efficiency of lab production area. The Extraction Agent follows quality control measures to maintain a high-quality product. Carry out day-to-day tasks including prepping, measuring, extracting, and packaging. The Extraction Agent must monitor and maintain production facility in accordance with the State and standards set by ACS.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a sterile lab setting, strongly preferred.
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry, strongly preferred.
- Two years of experience in a general production, preferably a regulated field producing for human consumption, preferred.
- Experience working in a patient-focused clinical environment, strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the endocannabinoid system, terpenes, delivery methods and how they best interact with treating the Massachusetts approved conditions, preferred.
- Exemplary listening and recording skills, required.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferred.

CORE JOB DUTIES
- Accurately calibrate scale to ensure proper measurement of medicated products.
- Always maintain a safe and clean lab production area and work environment.
- Ensure consistency and efficacy of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by ACS.
- Communicate with the Extraction Manager for clarify if there is any doubt about a process.
- Maintain familiarity with ACS’ SOPs to ensure proper production protocols are followed at all times.
Facility Cleaning:
- Perform all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
- Ensure personal hygiene is acceptable under standards set by ACS before performing any production activities by washing hands, wearing a hair net and other personal protective equipment, etc.
- Sanitize all production equipment and tools including workspace, utensils, containers, cookware, and machinery.
Reports and Documentation:
- Assist Manufacturing Manager with the creation of batch production records and labels in accordance with the State and standards set by ACS.
- Assist Manufacturing Manager with the weighing, packaging, labeling, and documentation of all products, as well as the tracking of batch numbers, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
- Ensure the appropriate information is accurate and listed clearly in accordance with the State and standards set by ACS.

Production Agents are directly responsible for assisting in the harvesting, drying, curing, trimming and packaging of all medicated products.
Job Duties can include, but are not limited to:
- Hand Trimming, Cleaning, Bucking, De-fanning, Cleaning
- Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing of marijuana flower.
- Work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
- Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of cannabis being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
- Work on production lines to fill, package and label
- Assign package tags to all finished product
- Assist with maintaining accurate inventory of all packages
- Organize efficiently and effectively
- Responsible for cleaning, organizing, and sanitizing all production areas & work stations
- Quality control, packaging, labeling, and storing of finished product
- Maintain production records and meet daily quotas
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
A minimum of two years of experience in cannabis or commercial production preferred. Knowledge of medical cannabis laws and state regulations is ideal. Effective time-management skills, the ability to multi-task and work in a team environment is a must. Candidates must have the ability to stand, sit, kneel, and lift up to 75 lbs. for extended periods. The ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment is required. Proficiency in Windows-based software and inventory control applications preferred - accurate data-entry and record keeping is essential to our operations.
Additionally, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a positive attitude and be ready to work
- Must work well with others
- Must be on time and work regular scheduled hours
- Must meet the standard requirements of the Background Check and State Registration process
- Commercial trimming experience a plus!
- Must be trustworthy and hardworking
- Must meet the state law age requirement to work in a RMD
