The Cultivation Technicians are responsible for assisting with all aspects of the company's cultivation operation from propagation to harvest. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, such as cleaning, cloning, transplanting, pruning plants, planting and resetting veg rooms as well as various miscellaneous tasks that fall under the day-to-day management of our greenhouse gardens and their various individual departments.
Under the supervision of the Cultivation Manager, this team member will ensure that the facility is kept safe and compliant with OSHA standards as well as all state and local regulations at all times. This position will be responsible for following ALL Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as they relate to various aspects of our cultivation and to maintain compliance within our facility at all times.
Cultivation Technicians will be responsible for many key day-to-day tasks that keep our facility operating smoothly and our production cycle on schedule. Having a positive mindset, a capacity to problem-solve, as well as a team-first attitude is critical.
What you will do
- Plant Experience preferred but NOT necessary
- Assist in irrigation
- Assist in transplanting, lifting plants up to 20+ lbs
- Assist in canopy maintenance, sitting/bending over for long periods of time
- Assist in cutting and removing plants from greenhouses
- As a team, assist in sweeping/mopping/disinfecting/scrubbing/etc
- Assist in any other cultivation duties that are needed

Agris Farms is looking to hire a Nursery Manager! The nursery manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the nursery including but not limited to implementing optional growth strategies for the clone nursery, systemizing a propagation schedule ,inspecting plants for pests, fungicide problems, or other abnormalities. Cutting clones to proper size and quality, keeping a clean work station training new employees, implementing IPM strategies, communicating and coordinating with other departments, maintaining a clean work environment, tracking and monitoring environmental controls, and performing general cultivation tasks with other employee’s. i
Basic Qualifications * 3+ years’ experience in cannabis propagation work.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis cultivation across various grow mediums
- Familiar with both synthetic and organic nutrients, foliar’s and teas.
- Familiar with IPM solutions and plant deficiencies
- Must be well organized well organized with strong attention to detail * Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must work well with others and comfortable in a leadership position * Must be 21+
- Able to work in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds in high/low temperatures and in high levels of humidity
- Must be able to stand or sit for long periods Compensation will be dependent on experience and skillsets.

Inventory Associate

- Perform daily and periodically physical product inventory counts in propagation.
- Inventory clones and update data in tracking software daily.
- Cycle count/audit plant movement in veg and update system with current stage and locations.
- Cycle count/audit plant movement in veg and flowering; updates system with current stage and locations to provide accurate data to upper management.
- Perform final counts crop count prior to harvest to ensure harvest numbers are accurate.
- Check bucket for plants tags to be destroyed; tracks and notify manager of plant destruction to ensure tracking software has accurate reporting numbers.
- Apply METRC lot tracking labels to plant to be able to track plant from seed to sale.
- Weighs packages and accurately enters information into tracking software to ensure on-hand inventory reflects accurate information.
- Reconciles tracking software with physical inventory on a weekly basis, or as needed, and provides reporting to the executive and management.
- Accurately fulfill orders
- Pulling the proper packages from inventory
- Quality checking each package and verifying the weight of each package
- Assist Inventory Manager in properly manifests each package out of tracking software
- Gathers and packages different samples for quality control testing, as well as, preparing batches for state compliance testing and transfer information to Inventory Manager for proper manifest tracking

Don't miss this opportunity!Harvest Associate Responsible for harvesting plants, preparing and hanging dry/cure area, and weighing plants. Responsible for tracking harvest waste (i.e. leaves, stems, etc.) and finished material. Hanging harvests plants on racks for drying and curing. Ensuring that the greenhouse is cleaned out and ready for the next plant move. The Harvest associate will receive new plants in the greenhouse and place them in designated areas, as identified by the Cultivation Manager. What you will do

- May perform a variety of functions to prepare the plant for sale such as; defoliation,trim, buck, packaging, drying and curing.
- Identify and separate fan leaves, stems and sugar leaves on the flower and accurately track waste from the finished product.
