Cannabis Commercial Real Estate Attorney Jobs

MacDermid, Reynolds & Glissman, P.C. seeks one or more attorneys for its North Carolina or Connecticut offices with sophisticated commercial real estatetransactional law experience who desire the unique flexibility and opportunities that MRG offers. Some land use or corporate experience a plus but not a requirement.

MRG’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate, land use and cannabis with offices and attorneys located in Raleigh, NC, Hartford, CT and New Haven, CT and Most MRG attorneys have big law firm experience and have come to MRG for the flexibility and opportunities it offers. The law firm of Fleming Yatooma & Borowicz PLC (FYBLaw.com) is looking to bring on a 10+ year attorney to supplement our business legal team. This person must have significant commercial/business transactional experience, and ideally versed in commercial financing. We are a boutique firm that generally does not take on many outside clients, but instead services the legal needs of our family of businesses. Accordingly, we do not have billable hour requirements, we just work, but we do work hard. We have several related companies in various industries, including banking, construction, real estate and cannabis, and we need an experienced attorney to lead significant transactions. A premier candidate has big or mid-size law firm experience. You would be working out of our Bloomfield Hills office. Compensation is negotiable based on your experience, and ability to drive and handle major transactions on your own.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
