Essential Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads and obtain owner information from various sources
- Coordinate with internal legal and compliance team to identify markets and property requirements
- Duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, and coordination of real estate buying opportunities of both listed and off-market properties
- Manage deal pipeline by documenting all correspondence, research and progress in a CRM
Requirements:
- Must have Real Estate license
- Capable and comfortable spending 50%+ of your time on the phone working with property owners and other brokers
- Able to accurately evaluate and summarize property attributes such as size, location, zoning, etc. to determine which properties to pursue
- Growth-oriented, open to new ideas and willingness to learn
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to devise and propose solutions to close a deal with the other party

Superintendent
Henry Yandt Construction is a leading cannabis Design-Build construction and development company in Michigan and is expanding into other states building out state-of-the-art retail and cultivation facilities that are owned and operated by related entities. This is a unique opportunity where you act as the contractor, represent the Owner, and are part of an aggressive and well-funded growth strategy.
Henry Yandt Construction is looking to hire an experienced Superintendent to work with our skilled capable team managing projects up to $20 million. This position requires at least 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor. This person will possess a sense of urgency and skills in relationship building, negotiation, budget management and a proficient technical understanding of safety requirements, construction contracts, drawings, methods, and equipment are required.
The Superintendent performs these critical tasks to ensure the successful completion of their respective projects in accordance with design, budget and schedule:
- Produces an accurate overall project schedule and material procurement schedule. Updates Weekly.
- Understands OSHA regulations, monitors and enforces safety practices to promote a safe workplace.
- Storm Water Operator certification preferred.
- Oversees scheduling and conducting all pre-installation meetings with required contractors and suppliers.
- Works with the Project Manager to plan, coordinate and supervise on-site functions (scheduling, coordination, documentation, safety, engineering, material control).
- Completes daily construction reports with daily photos in order to record manpower, activity, progress, issues, safety, weather, potential delays, visitors, deliveries and notes documenting calls, conversations and correspondence pertaining to the project.
- Assists with the design process: looks for value engineered opportunities, works with in-house and/or external design professionals, key trades/vendors, and other internal stakeholders to develop permittable set of construction projects and full construction documents.
- Assists with Developing work scopes to provide to trade base for bidding purposes. Completes bid reviews with trade suppliers and awards trades.
- Assists with the Change Management processes.
- Works with the Project Engineer for generation of submittal and RFI logs. Ensures expedited shop drawings and product data are reviewed and approved prior to releasing material. Submittals are reviewed, approved and distributed to all relevant trades.
- Coordinates weekly construction progress meetings and produces well documented meeting minutes for record distribution to the trades.
- Drives punch list process and project closeout documents (as-builts, O&M, owner training, etc.) with project team through to conclusion.
- Fosters and maintains positive relationships with the Inspection Agencies, Architect, Engineers, Interior Designers, Facility Staff, etc.
- Participates in Business Development activities as required (groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, fundraisers, and other social opportunities).
- Helps Project Manager with coordination of building permits, organizing the paperwork, and required inspections.
- Reviews and understands project drawings and specifications.
- Assists in the management of Job Cost reports; provides contract updates in a timely fashion.

Duties/Responsibilities:
· Data input and assistance managing the accounts payable function across multiple companies.
· Receives and verifies expense reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
· Ensures outstanding obligations are credited upon payment, identifies discount opportunities, and issues purchase order amendments as needed.
· Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
· Assists with support to controllers across multiple companies.
· Assists with reconciling credit cards on a monthly basis across multiple companies.
· Filing and scanning of paid invoices into SharePoint.
· Other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
· Must be discreet, reliable, and extremely trustworthy.

The individual will oversee certain real estate operations and be responsible managing key projects of a Michigan real estate cannabis company. This company currently has significant real estate holdings throughout the state of Michigan, as well as certain other cannabis legal states. Responsibilities:
- Report to, and work closely with, the Company President and/or ownership
- Develop business plans for and lead execution of key projects at current and future facilities. Manage internal resources and all contractors in execution of these projects.
- Assists in optimizing operational efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
- Assists in developing business processes across the business.
- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations.
- Understands and promotes the company vision. Works toward the accomplishment of goals consistent with the strategic plan.

- Coordinates with other support departments such as human resources, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations.
- Understands and promotes the company vision. Works toward the accomplishment of goals consistent with the strategic plan.
- Lead by example. This a hands-on management position. You will regularly be at the facilities driving key projects and implementing business management processes at the facilities and with their teams.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field required; M.B.A. is strongly preferred.
- Cannabis and/or agriculture industry experience is desired
- Strong project management skills with knowledge of operations and production management.
- Experience across multiple functions including operations, finance and sales.
- An energetic, positive, passionate, forward-thinking individual with expertise in start-ups/fast growth companies/fast paced environments is a plus.
- Ability to interpret financial data as needed to set production goals. Possess strong ability to measure against KPIs.
- Excellent managerial and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
