We have a world-class Marketing engine that delivers new leads daily. As our BDR, with training and coaching, you are the first point of contact for new and prospective customers, qualifying those leads and assigning them to the appropriate Sales representative. You’ll communicate primarily through email, phone, and social media, tracking all activity in Salesforce CRM.
You’ll learn all about terpenes, and will be working among the most successful customer service and sales force in the terpene industry--learning from them and developing effective sales habits and behaviors. We consider our high-performing BDRs our pipeline for the full cycle Sales role.

This position is offered with a competitive base salary, bonus, and equity. The position is a blend of work-from-home and onsite meetings at our new, state-of-the-art showcase facility in Hillsboro.
What You Should Already Know and Do
Success in this role requires a positive attitude and eagerness to engage through in-person and digital channels and work as a collaborative member of a creative and driven group.
- 1-2 years of B2B cold calling, lead generation and qualification
- 1 year working directly in, or ancillary to, the legal cannabis industry preferred
- Highly ethical and professional conduct at all times with both clients and colleagues--we are in a regulated industry where our business is built on high trust.
- Curious and able to discover client needs by asking the right questions
- Well-organized to manage multiple projects and relationships
