Lighthouse Industries has a long, proud tradition of Outdoor and Greenhouse Cannabis. We have been a Tier-2 Outdoor Grow located in Southern Oregon since 2016. We turn our high-quality cannabis into pre-rolls, cartridges, and much more. In addition, we are also the stewards of the Tommy Chong cannabis brands in Oregon which includes an ever-evolving lineup of exciting and innovative products.
We are looking for the right, outstanding candidate to join our growing sales team. Our main facility is based in Portland, Oregon, so this person will serve us working in a remote capacity with periodic trips and other arrangements made to get the product they sell to their market.
Because this position is remote we would highly prefer a candidate with existing experience selling in the market.
The right candidate will receive training, support, and generous compensation.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Business with Local Cannabis Dispensaries
- You would have assigned accounts and would be responsible for outreach, visits, sales, and business development at each account in your book of business
- Attend Weekly In-Person Sales Meeting
- Log All Activity, Sales, and Information In Computer Software Systems
- Weekly Reporting To Sales Leadership Team
- Meet Certain KPIs
- Dispensary Visits
- Sales Calls/Texts/Emails
- Sales Revenue
- Educate Budtenders and Purchasing Managers on our Product Line
- Work with existing accounts to expand market share and shelf space for our brands
- Running Circular Manifests
- Daily Travel Within the Portland Metro Area
- Periodic Travel Outside the Portland Metro Area
- Weekly One-On-One Coaching and Support
- Other job-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- Must be 21+ Years of Age
- Must have a valid OLCC Marijuana Workers Permit
- Ability to lift 30+ Pounds
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable Transportation
Compensation
- Base Salary of $40k-$60k
- Uncapped Commissions on Sales Generated
- Bonuses for Team & Personal Goals
