Title: RSA "retail service advisor" Shift Lead
Position: A Dispensary Shift Lead is the front-line supervisor responsible for the duties of all RSA's and acts as a liaison between customers and Redi's management. Shift Leaders ensure that all operational requirements are being met as they oversee RSA interactions and transactions with customers. Shift Leaders seek to continually improve the customer experience by providing feedback on operational procedures, customer experiences, and RSA performance.
Duties, Authority and Supervision:
- Reports directly to the Dispensary General Manager
- Responsible for the RSA duties, assisting customers with additional needs and performing administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Dispensary Manager and/or Senior leaders.
- Direct reports include all RSA's
Responsibilities:
- Maintains dispensary operations by adhering to Redi Policies and Procedures for the daily operation of the dispensary and fully comply with the state marijuana regulations.
- Supervises, leads and inspires staff through coaching and example setting Ensures the store is stocked, clean and in proper operational order Completes store operational requirements, including interacting and transacting with customers
- Provide analysis and feedback to leadership regarding operational procedures and customer experience to encourage continual improvement
- Responsible for interacting with customers, providing knowledge, information and resources on a regular basis.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Ensures staff maintain privacy and confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times
- Act as a liaison between customers and Redi Management to continually improve the customer experience
- Immediately address any customer conflict or complaints, inspiring long-term customer relationships and loyalty to our brand.
- Utilize the point of sale record keeping system to maintain and managed important information
- Perform daily reconciliation process between the state system and point of sale system where applicable
- Perform bank deposit preparation, ensuring all deposit amounts are accurate, reflect the facility totals as required and are ready for deposit as required - if applicable
- Train new RSA staff and model exceptional RSA service
- Other duties and tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in Retail or Hospitality in a supervisory or leadership role,
- Knowledge of basic computer skills, Point of Sale software and cash management
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and multitasking skills
- Maintains a detailed knowledge of Redi's software and operating procedures Ability to deal with problems and resolve in a professional manner Passionate and knowledgeable about the benefits of marijuana
Physical capability:
- Constantly perform desk-based computer tasks
