We are currently searching for a Virtual Budtender with amazing skills to join our team! The right candidate will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls for our cannabis delivery service to provide an online shopping experience that will make customers feel welcome and comfortable through outstanding customer service, making customer appropriate recommendations, and demonstrating extensive product knowledge to the customers.
Cannabis Inbound Sales / Customer Service Rep. Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer phone calls and make outbound calls when needed. Take appropriate actions for each call
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company
- Manage and create customer sales by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
- Work well in a team environment as well as self-motivated to work individually.
- Willing to contribute ideas to improve processes
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s cause of the situation, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, and expediting a correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
- Be aware of current promotional events and sales
- Pickup orders from our systems, assign orders to drivers, and follow-up till they are completed
- Help Inventory Manager prepare mobile inventories
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on company policy changes
- Develop product knowledge by reading current vendor information and attending training sessions in order to communicate properly to customers
Cannabis Inbound Sales / Customer Service Representative Requirement:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure, adapt to changes, and multitasking
- High level of professionalism
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Previous sales, customer service, and dispatch experience
- Comfortable discussing and have knowledge of cannabis and able to consult effectively with customers on proper dosing, dosing techniques, strains, side effects, and more....

On our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers on the phone, online chat, and email interactions. You will develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within our company to ensure customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Respond promptly to all customer inquiries through phone, chat and/or email
- Provide feedback and recommend solutions to improve the efficiency of the customer service process and general operations
- Support and drive sales in conjunction with marketing while working with customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Quick action when answering customer questions, complaints, and concerns via our email, web chat, and SMS support channels
- Provide support to delivery drivers on the road and the fulfillment team in our depots
- Create notes of all customer interactions in our system
Minimum Qualifications
- Prior experience with customer service; prior experience in sales a plus
- Ability to multitask within different web-based applications
- Proficient in working with different technology applications; G-Suite a plus
- Experience with a CRM Tools
- Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from management and supervisors
- Experience in the Cannabis, ECommerce, Logistics or Delivery industries
