Our company is growing and we're seeking an EXPERIENCED cannabis grower to manage our Mother and Clone rooms. The responsibilities are as follows:
- Daily care for upwards of 100 Mothers and genetic stock
- Daily care for upwards of 2,000 Clones
- Adhering to Clone propagation schedule
- Adhering to genetic rotation schedule
- Mother stock maintenance including pruning, training, up-potting, and re-starting
- Managing transplant of Clones according to schedule
- Adhering to IPM schedule including preventative foliar sprays and substrate inoculations
- Monitoring and changing environmental settings to achieve ideal VPD
- Managing maintenance of room infrastructure and equipment including regular room cleanings, tabletop cleaning/sterilizing, HVAC/dehumidifier filter changing, fan cleaning, sterilizing of irrigation lines and pumps, etc.

Smaller licensed indoor cannabis cultivation seeking learned hydroponic grower, capable of managing all aspects of the cultivation, from seed to sale. Will oversee one main employee, and organize additional help when needed. Future expansion possible.
Responsibilities
- Oversee cannabis crops and facilities
- Develop cultivation plans and assign duties
- Organize and document the daily process of transplanting, cloning, defoliation and trimming of plants
- Ensure that growth requirements of cannabis plants are consistently met (lighting, soil PH, nutrients, etc.)
- Apply indoor farming methods that increase our yields
- Lead maintenance operations (including disposing waste and preventing contaminations)
- Diagnose and resolve plant health issues like mold, mildew or other infestations
- Ensure legal compliance of cultivation procedures
- Manage inventory and budgets related to marijuana farming (including equipment, security and HVAC systems)
- Supervise and coach employees who tend to the plants (e.g. cannabis trimmers)
- Inspect quality of harvest
Requirements
- Proven experience as a grower, preferably at a large scale; some management experience required
- Knowledge of the entire cannabis growth cycle and requirements
- Familiarity with environment protection practices and the marijuana legal framework in our area
- Understanding of pest and disease management techniques
- Willingness to continue learning about horticulture and cannabis farming, and stay on top of current and future trends
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Leadership and people management skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Degree in Botany, Biology, Agriculture, Horticulture or relevant field is a plus

We are seeking a Dry and Trim Manager to fulfill the following:
- Robust oversight of the quality that the harvest will produce and trimmers will process
- Manage several part-time and full-time employees including complex schedule, yield results, employee performance and employee training
- Manage all steps in the process including intake, drying, curing, and trimming.
- Maintain compliance using BioTrak.
- Ensure all product is accounted for according to company policy and procedures.
- Work closely with cultivation staff, extraction team, and retail cannabis coaches to identify inventory needs, and manage appropriate inventory levels/
- Prioritize and manage dry rooms based on harvest dates to ensure the flow of fresh product while minimizing old inventory.
- Adapt processes to various strains, styles, and types of cannabis, and make quality control decisions and adjustments as necessary.
- Possess the ability to be flexible and work in various sectors of the production department as needed or requested by his/her direct supervisor.
Education and Experience Requirements
High School Education or GED
- One to two years’ experience processing cannabis in a regulated facility preferred.
- Previous experience in a licensed cannabis production facility preferred.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of cannabis handling including drying, curing, and trimming.
- Knowledge and understanding of local and state regulations, with an emphasis on continual learning and sharing knowledge with the team.
- Possess the skills and knowledge to identify potential problems with a plant or the product being processed and the willingness to share with management and grow staff.
- Show self-motivation, innovation, and the ability to work well with all members of his/her staff and the company, as well as with his/her direct supervisor.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational capabilities
- Strong computer skills to accurately input and manage
- Have superior time management skills driving efficiency and productivity, and meeting goals while consistently producing high quality finished product.
