- Ensure each guest receives outstanding customer service by fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere; this includes greeting and acknowledging every guest enthusiastically, maintaining outstanding standards, answering questions and/or concerns, making guests feel appreciated through your actions and having solid product knowledge.
- Stay up to date on current products and continually strive to expand your knowledge of strains, vendors and products.
- Work with others to keep all areas clean, stocked and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow.
- Accurately input customers’ orders, collect money from guests and make change; totaling price and tax on merchandise; accepting payment and making change; as well as packaging product in an appropriate exit containers as per WLCB regulations.
- Work with team members to open and close the store.
- Arrange products to maintain an attractive display
- Learn guests’ names and favorite products
- Labeling products
- Adhere to all WLCB marijuana rules and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
