Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for all day to day operations including but not limited to;
- Customer Service;
- Ensure each guest receives outstanding customer service by fostering a friendly, welcoming atmosphere; this includes greeting and acknowledging every guest promptly and enthusiastically, answering questions and/or concerns, making guests feel appreciated through your actions and having solid product knowledge. Facilitating and making transactions in compliance with WLCB rules.
- Employee management and development;
- As a supporting function of the General Manager
- Inventory management;
- Maintain accurate inventory records in accordance to WLCB regulations; order inventory from wholesale and product intake; prepare product for the sales floor; sustain adequate inventory of store product and store supplies.
- Cash handling;
- Maintain adequate records of cash movements; prepare bank deposits and disburse employee tips.
- Safety and security
- Keep safety and security a top priority; promptly address all safety and security concerns; foster a welcoming, courteous and happy work environment.
- WLCB Compliance
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2+ years expereince in a management position
- High level working computer knowledge
- Ability to speak politely and effectively with a diverse clientele and employees
- Ability to work unsupervised under stressful conditions
- Ability to interpret and apply WLCB rules
- Advanced product knowledge

Kaleafa is a fast-growing cannabis retailer operating in Oregon and Washington. As a team we operate ten retail stores, a wholesale distribution center and a farm in Southern Oregon. We opened our first store in 2014 as a family owned and operated medical marijuana dispensary and since then we’ve grown to be one of the largest retail and medical cannabis suppliers in Oregon. Our Wholesale Intake Specialist staff play a critical role in Kaleafa’s operations. They are essential in keeping company stores’ inventory stocked with a diverse selection of products. Before any product becomes available to the customer, Wholesale Intake Specialists receive the product, creates labels, and prepares the product for dispatch to a retail location. Wholesale Intake Specialists are METRC ninjas and process large amounts of products everyday. Wholesale support associates must be attentive to detail and proficient computer users. The ideal candidate should be a team player, organized, focused and display integrity in all aspects of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all OLCC guidelines.
- Process products in a timely and organized fashion.
- Create accurate labels for product and display jars using computer software.
- Ensure each product is weighed, counted and labeled according to inventory tracking systems.
- Intake and organize products on digital and physical inventories.
- Transfer product through inventory tracking systems.
- Assist in correcting inaccuracies in inventory tracking systems.
- Work with others to keep all areas clean, organized, and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to operate a state licensed digital scale

Position Summary
General Managers are ultimately responsible for all store operations, personnel and compliance with WSLCB regulations. Effective time and employee management are essential skills for success in this position. GMs are responsible for ensuring the highest quality customer service; obtaining, receiving, organizing merchandise; maintaining communication and professional business relationships with various vendors; ordering product; store opening and closing procedures; maintaining a clean and safe work space; enhancing product knowledge; supporting sales associates and processors and complying with WSLCB rules and regulations at all times.

Kaleafa is a fast-growing cannabis retailer operating in Oregon and Washington. As a team we operate ten retail stores, a wholesale distribution center and a farm in Southern Oregon. We opened our first store in 2014 as a family owned and operated medical marijuana dispensary and since then we’ve grown to be one of the largest retail and medical cannabis suppliers in Oregon. Wholesale processors are responsible for preparing products for distribution to company retail locations. A processor typically spends the majority of their time labeling, packaging and preparing products. Processors are responsible for pre-packaging bulk flower and concentrates as well as creating prerolls for distribution and retail sale. Attention to detail is essential for success in this position. A processor will work under minimal supervision and must be effective at self managing their work. The ideal candidate should be a team player, organized, focused and display integrity and honesty in all aspects of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all OLCC rules and regulations.
- Process products in a timely and organized fashion by counting, weighing, distributing and packaging products.
- Product quality and compliance control.
- Ensure each product is weighed and labeled accurately.
- Work with others to keep all areas cleaned, stocked and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Possession OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Ability to operate a state licensed digital scale
- Fine attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic cannabis/product knowledge
- Ability to follow instructions with minimum supervision.
- Use of fine motor skills in order to label and manipulate cannabis products.
- Ability adhere to OLCC rules

Our Wholesale Intake Specialist staff play a critical role in Kaleafa’s operations. They are essential in keeping company stores’ inventory stocked with a diverse selection of products. Before any product becomes available to the customer, Wholesale Intake Specialists receive the product, creates labels, and prepares the product for dispatch to a retail location. Wholesale Intake Specialists are METRC ninjas and process large amounts of products everyday. Wholesale support associates must be attentive to detail and proficient computer users. The ideal candidate should be a team player, organized, focused and display integrity in all aspects of employment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Comply with all OLCC guidelines.
- Process products in a timely and organized fashion.
- Create accurate labels for product and display jars using computer software.
- Ensure each product is weighed, counted and labeled according to inventory tracking systems.
- Intake and organize products on digital and physical inventories.
- Transfer product through inventory tracking systems.
- Assist in correcting inaccuracies in inventory tracking systems.
- Work with others to keep all areas clean, organized, and compliant to ensure an effective, efficient and safe workflow.
- Other duties as assigned.
