JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Represent the company and its products with high character, integrity, and professionalism.
- Consistently hit KPI metrics on a weekly basis.
- Generate Revenue by maintaining a pipeline of new and existing business.
- Update and maintain client data, sales orders, and account changes in CRM (Active Campaign)
- Send hand-written letters to potential and existing clients
- Generate leads through cold calling and email methods as well as in-person store visits.
- Submit sales orders accurately and on time.
- Identify potential issues within sales territory and work with different departments to come up with a resolution.
- Relay customer feedback to internal departments for continuous improvement.
- Participate in store activations and staff training exercises.
- Combine outside sales experience and territory insights to explain how Canvast products can be a solution to fulfill a need for a premium cannabis retail line in B2B retail accounts.
- Collaborate with coworkers to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
- Travel to other states in your territory to further develop the Canvast Market.
