Time Commitment
- CPOT meetings are held twice a month, every second and fourth Thursday from 6:00 – 7:30pm. Currently all CPOT meetings are being held virtually via Zoom.
- Members are involved for a duration of 2 or 3 year terms, or no more than 8 consecutive years.
- Members are expected to prepare for meetings on their own time. Meeting materials for review may be sent with minimal time to review, possibly as few as forty-eight hours (or two days) in advance.
