Desired Education, Skills, and Experience:
- BS degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent. MBA in Business, Engineering or related field preferred
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience, and processing food, oil, liquids in a production laboratory setting.
- Strong Lean Manufacturing experience-minimum of 3 years
- Minimum of 7 years in a manufacturing Executive role
- Six Sigma Certified
- Excellent Computer, Communication and Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement, ex: Kaizen, Six Sigma, etc.
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including handling confidential information
