Responsibilities:
- Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
- Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
- Enter data into appropriate fields; databases, records, and files
- Transfer data from written records into a virtual database within predefined timeframes
- Manage and oversee creation of plants within compliance software
- Tracking movement of plants throughout grow areas within compliance software.
- Audit and reconcile plants and medicated inventory weekly
- Manage destruction and waste workflows (digitally) in order to maintain accuracy.
- Report plant counts and strain mix to management.
- Work with Cultivation team to coordinate workflows
- Other duties as necessary.
- Create and organize spreadsheets with large numbers
- Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
- Summarize and compile data for standardized reports
- Verify data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation
- Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience with data entry
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- One year + previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field
- Great attention to detail
- High school degree or equivalent

- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Conduct workflow and production analysis including data used in scheduling, staffing and production. Produces forecasts using product specifications, sales data and purchase orders to issue timely and cost efficient work orders.

- Plans, prepares, issues, and controls Cultivation production schedules and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow to meet production requirements.
- Develops and maintains reports relating to process, product and operation onâ€Âtime performance. Advises management when onâ€Âtime order delivery is in jeopardy.
- Works daily with peers and superiors developing the maturity of the production planning systems in support of business goals and a continuous improvement initiative.
- Correlates planning and scheduling of orders with process and labor availability to obtain optimum utilization of equipment, efficient allocation of labor, and onâ€Âtime delivery of products.
- Evaluates production statistics and their impact to the production schedule.
- Reports major variances from plan to appropriate management personnel along with a course correction action plan for managing issues as they arise.
- Revises and reschedules production work orders when necessary.
- Coordinates subâ€Âcontracted orders through the purchasing department.
- Attends regular Operations meetings to develop priorities which are in line with Sales requirements.
- Participate in cost reductions and process improvement programs.
- Work proâ€Âactively, on a daily basis, with supervisors, procurement and other departments to ensure schedules are maintained.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or four + years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Expert Excel skills
- Solid computer skills with the ability to learn and use a variety of computer software
- Experience with manufacturing purchasing, Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma or materials/supplies management all a plus

Responsible for packaging concentrates from a whole mass production state to a compliant, branded, ready for purchase state. Responsible for parsing out weight, applying various stickers, attaching test results, ensuring all around quality, heat sealing, and cleaning and polishing of different products The individual will aid in maintaining correct storage, labeling, and inventory management of all finished product. They must be able to fulfill all packaging duties in a timely, clean, and safe practice. They will work under supervision of the Inventory & Packaging Manager and in close areas with other packagers.
Responsibilities:
- Required to work with scientific scales, and must follow proper calibration requirement at the beginning of each day to ensure accuracy.
- Expected to package, shatter, badder, and fill vapor cartridges in a timely manner while reducing waste.
- Ability to stay focused for long periods of time on a single task.
- Must always be monitoring and checking product for flaws, contamination, sugaring, discoloration, anything out of the ordinary.
- Expected to work well independently and not get side tracked.
- Must wear proper lab attire at all times while working with product (gloves, face mask, hair net, non-slip shoes, and clean lab scrubs).

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
