We have current openings for self-motivated, reliable, and experienced individual to assist us with GENERATING NEW SALES. 80% of the time this is a cold-calling situation, in which the incumbent is making first contact via phone with the potential buyer through a verified leads list. The incumbent must manage leads lists, field questions from prospective buyers and collect order data to close sales. The incumbent must be able to handle rejection and hang-ups from leads. Preferred but not required is a candidate that has the following skills/background:
1) Extensive experience cold-calling
2) Able to follow a script/sales plan
3) Able to follow directions
4) Any experience with the hemp and cannabis industry
5) Any experience in cannabinoid extractions and synthesis of new compounds such as D8, HHC, THC-O, THC-P.
6) Any knowledge of chemical and/or biological science
7) Any knowledge of chromatography (GC, LC, ICP, Mass Spectrometry)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The incumbent will be responsible for selling laboratory testing services such as pesticide, heavy metal, residual solvent and cannabinoid potency testing to other businesses such as extractors, cultivators, manufactures and distributors that specialize in cannabis and/or CBD/hemp industries. The incumbent will work at the laboratory and/or home.

- Cold calling
- Learning the lab services
- Learning the benefits, values and differentiators of our services in our industry
- Generating new leads
- Using CRM software Hubspot to track all activity
- Increasing overall sales while meeting obtainable sales goals.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
