Job Title: Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources
Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000

Position Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will have a passion for connecting people with roles by building relationships to bring the best talent available to Schwazze.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business objectives and stay current with immediate and future hiring needs.
Maintain alignment with staffing needs, compensation/benefits, and ensure the onboarding process is maintained.
Contribute to the development and creation of new positions and job descriptions, including content/formatting and ensuring alignment across the organization regarding pay banding, titling, reporting structure, etc.
Build active and passive candidate pools by posting advertisements, conducting outreach via social media, email cold calling, and attending job fairs.
Partner with business leaders to build and manage internal bench succession plan, in alignment with organizational talent management strategies as outlined by the Schwazze HR Center of Excellence.
Leads, manages and executes all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including forecasting staffing needs in partnership with the business, job description creation, job posting strategies, candidate management/communication, candidate pre-screens, interview coordination, offer letter creation and onboarding of new hires.
Conduct initial resume review and screening of qualified candidates, coordinate interviews and follow-up with hiring managers after each stage of the process.
Manage open roles and sourcing workloads across all field, retail, and Support Services open positions with a primary focus on New Mexico. Role will support Colorado+ recruitment as needed.
Stay up to date with all local, state, and federal regulations around staffing, specifically within the cannabis industry. Keep abreast of, execute and maintain compliance records of all state and local compliance laws.
Knowledge of labor and employment laws nationwide.
Assist with implementation of new sourcing methods, with a focus on diversity and inclusion efforts and development of deeper community relationships such as career fairs, university partnerships, workforce development centers, etc.
Assist in implementation of internal processes/SOPs, programs, and short-term/long-term staffing strategies and initiatives.
Ensure that all interviewers are properly trained on effective interview techniques and compliance requirements.
Participates, leads and executes new hire orientation and supports onboarding processes.

Education and Experience Required:
Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role
Familiarity with social media and resume databases.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating and effectively executing large scale recruitment events is required.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)
Strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge and Other Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast-paced corporate and/or start-up environment
Demonstrated ability to accept and learn from coaching
Working Conditions (Schedule, Environment, Travel)
Hours will vary Depending on the needs of the business. Nights, Weekends, and Holidays are to be expected.
Ability to travel regularly across the state of New Mexico to Schwazze locations. May be required to travel to the Colorado Support Center and/or support other Colorado locations based on workload/open positions. Travel expectations up to 25%.
