Position Objective:
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for overseeing the full cycle recruiting process from sourcing, attracting, hiring, and onboarding talent. The Talent Acquisition Partner will have a passion for connecting people with roles by building relationships to bring the best talent available to Schwazze.
Essential Functions:

EssentialFunctions:
Collaboratewith hiring managers to understand business objectives and stay current withimmediate and future hiring needs.
Maintainalignment with staffing needs, compensation/benefits, and ensure the onboardingprocess is maintained.
Contribute to thedevelopment and creation of new positions and job descriptions, includingcontent/formatting and ensuring alignment across the organization regarding paybanding, titling, reporting structure, etc.
Build activeand passive candidate pools by posting advertisements, conducting outreach viasocial media, email cold calling, and attending job fairs.
Partner withbusiness leaders to build and manage internal bench succession plan, inalignment with organizational talent management strategies as outlined by theSchwazze HR Center of Excellence.
Leads, managesand executes all aspects of full-cycle recruitment, including forecastingstaffing needs in partnership with the business, job description creation, jobposting strategies, candidate management/communication, candidate pre-screens,interview coordination, offer letter creation and onboarding of new hires.
Conduct initialresume review and screening of qualified candidates, coordinate interviews andfollow-up with hiring managers after each stage of the process.
Manage openroles and sourcing workloads across all field, retail, and Support Servicesopen positions with a primary focus on Colorado. Role will support New Mexico+ recruitment asneeded.
Stay up to datewith all local, state, and federal regulations around staffing, specificallywithin the cannabis industry. Keep abreast of, execute and maintain compliancerecords of all state and local compliance laws.
Knowledge oflabor and employment laws nationwide.
Assist withimplementation of new sourcing methods, with a focus on diversity and inclusionefforts and development of deeper community relationships such as career fairs,university partnerships, workforce development centers, etc.
Assist inimplementation of internal processes/SOPs, programs, and short-term/long-termstaffing strategies and initiatives.
Ensure that allinterviewers are properly trained on effective interview techniques andcompliance requirements.
Participates,leads and executes new hire orientation and supports onboarding processes.

Ability to travelregularly across the state of Colorado to Schwazze locations. May be required to travel to otherstates/locations to provide support based on workload/open positions.
Travel expectations up to 25%.
