More than 30+ days
We are seeking a Staff Grower II to add your valuable expertise to our team! We believe in the transformative power of cannabis: we hold an OLCC Marijuana Research Certificate in Oregon, and cultivate in a highly-controlled environment dedicated to research and breeding. It requires a team that takes pride in quality and precision, respect for each other, the plants we tend, and the world we share.

We’re proud to be a flagship partner with the Energy Trust of Oregon and are on track to reduce energy use in our grow by approximately 900,000 total kWh/year - the equivalent of taking 140 passenger vehicles off the road for one year! We’ve made good progress in reducing water waste, nutrient run-off, and other outputs - and continually looking for more ways to make a positive impact in agricultural sustainability.
We pay 70% of individual health and dental premiums on our base plans and offer a suite of other employee benefits, including 15 days of PTO and employee stock options.
