Cannabis Sales Representative Budtender Jobs

The Greenhouse Herbal Center is one of the premier Cannabis retail establishments in Los Angeles, located on Hollywood Blvd. The Greenhouse Herbal Center is seeking to set the standard in the Patient/Client relationship and to add to our team Herbal Sales Representative Shift Lead to assist in our ever-growing company.

Previous experience in a high end retail establishment (plus)

Bud Tending experience required

Minimum Requirements

• Either 1+ years in High End retail sales (prefered)
• 3 + years of Cash Handling Experience
• Must be at least 21 years old (per state regulation)
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship)
• High School Diploma or GED/associates certificate (preferred)
• Selected candidates will undergo an employment background check

Customer service

• Deliver the best customer experience – Greeting, pleasantries, rapport, professional presentation, ensure a safe comfortable experience
• Cash handling: Accurately use of the POS system
• Verify proper paperwork, documentation and ID of customers
• Learning and sharing about cannabis products
• Process payment information and other pertinent client information
• Reception duties as needed

Generate Sales

• Understanding sales techniques, memorizing prices, product benefits and product information
• Selling premium items: Inform customers of premium level product lines, specials, and promotions

Product Guidance

Educating customers about a variety of cannabis products, including

• Flower
• Edibles
• Concentrates
• Topicals
• Accessories
• Self-development: Educating yourself on new and current products, strains, changes in policy and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of service to customers

Policy and regulations

• Learning about changes in local, state and federal law to ensure compliance
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Verifying proper identification and paperwork from customers
• Maintaining patient information and proper records (if at a medical dispensary)

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and smell.
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Housekeeping duties and maintaining hygienic conditions ensuring compliance with COVID 19 requirements

• Wearing Gloves and a Mask
• Dusting
• Cleaning all areas of the facility up to and including restrooms
• Mopping /sweeping
• Wiping down counters, doors and windows
• Clean outside of the store front, bathrooms, break areas

Job Requirements:
