This is a 100% work from home, full-time position and you must live in the state of Florida. As a Patient Liaison there is no commuting time or expense within this growing company in an exploding industry!
Patient Liaisons start at $13/hr. and can gradually increase their base pay to $16/hr. based on annual performance reviews. Monthly bonus opportunities up to $325 are offered as a result of meeting specific performance goals.

A Support Representative is responsible for using their knowledge of Medical Marijuana state laws and CannaMD policy to connect with patients, perform post-appointment follow ups, and schedule/reschedule appointments as necessary. Their duties include but are not limited to the following:
Position Responsibilities
- Providing the best customer care possible to all patients
- Be an intermediary between physicians and patients.
- Answer questions and address concerns patients may have during and after receiving care.
- Completing outbound and inbound calls in regards to collecting company reviews, helping with state applications, and resolving any issues the patient may be dealing with.
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments
- Utilizing the CRM patient system and EMR scheduling platform efficiently with minimal errors
- Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing
- Developing sales pitches to occasionally sell CannaMD services
- Frequently checking CannaMD emails & chats and responding in a timely manner
