We are currently looking for a personable, tech-savvy physician to oversee our new Gainesville Clinic.
We are hiring for a part-time position initially that will transition to full time once patient volume has increased. Shift times and lunch times are flexible and can be determined by the physician. CannaMD physicians are independently contracted and can earn up to $240,000 per year. Very competitive compensation arrangements are available.
Position Requirements

In accordance with state law, all CannaMD physicians must hold an active, unrestricted license as either an allopathic physician or osteopathic physician and be in compliance with all state-mandated education requirements.
At this time, educational requirements include:
- Completing an annual course and exam administered by either the Florida Medical Association or Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
Also in line with Senate Bill 8A, CannaMD physicians may not be employed by, or have any direct or indirect economic interest in, any medical marijuana treatment centers or marijuana testing laboratories.
CannaMD may, at its discretion, provide:

This is a 100% work from home, full-time position and you must live in the state of Florida. As a Patient Liaison there is no commuting time or expense within this growing company in an exploding industry!
This is a robust medical scheduling/support call center that requires both inbound and outbound sales calls.
Patient Liaisons start at $13/hr. and can increase their base pay to $16/hr. based on performance. When working the weekends, liaisons receive an extra $1/hr. Additionally, there is the opportunity to earn a significant monthly bonus (up to $2,575)!

A Sales Representative is responsible for using their knowledge of Medical Marijuana state laws and CannaMD policy to connect with patients and schedule appointments. Their duties include but are not limited to the following:
Position Responsibilities
- Developing sales pitches to sell CannaMD services
- Completing outbound and inbound calls to and from patients or potential patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation in Florida
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments
- Utilizing the CRM patient system and EMR scheduling platform efficiently with minimal errors
- Providing the best customer care possible to all patients
- Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing
- Utilizing sales tools provided to sell our services and optimize the amount of money collected
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals & expectations
- Frequently checking CannaMD emails & chats and responding in a timely manner

- Completing outbound and inbound calls to and from patients or potential patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments
- Utilizing the CRM patient system and EMR scheduling platform efficiently with minimal errors
- Providing the best customer care possible to all patients
- Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing
- Utilizing sales tools provided to sell our services and optimize the amount of money collected
- Frequently checking CannaMD emails & chats and responding in a timely manner
- Performing lead duties such as answering questions, booking pediatric appointments, opening the schedule for the team, confirming payments, and navigating through issues.

Job Description:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the Medical Assistant will provide clinical assistance under the direction of a physician, associate practitioner or nursing staff within their certified capabilities. This individual will perform patient intake to include recording and scanning of all patient medical history and will secure patient consent for treatment when applicable. Individual will practice exceptional customer service, answer telephone and assist with daily operations of clinic. - Performs clinical procedures, including phlebotomy, under supervision of physician or associate practitioner.
- Assists physician and associate practitioner in exam rooms.
- Assists with office-based procedures, including but not limited to, bladder scan, urethral dilations and catheterizations as requested.
- Provides instructions to patients as instructed by physician or associate practitioner.
- Keeps exam rooms clean and stocked with adequate medical supplies, maintains instruments and prepares sterilization as required.
- Assists with training activities as needed.
- Maintains accuracy and productivity levels as established by department standards.
- Performs, organizes and streamlines operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.

- Travels as required.

EXPERIENCE

This position will be Monday - Friday and we are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. Shift times and lunch times are flexible and can be determined by the physician. CannaMD physicians are independently contracted and can earn up to $240,000 per year. Very competitive compensation arrangements are available.

A Sales Representative is responsible for using their knowledge of Medical Marijuana state laws and CannaMD policy to connect with patients and schedule appointments. Their duties include but are not limited to the following:
Position Responsibilities
- Developing sales pitches to sell CannaMD services
- Completing outbound and inbound calls to and from patients or potential patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments
- Utilizing the CRM patient system and EMR scheduling platform efficiently with minimal errors
- Providing the best customer care possible to all patients
- Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing
- Utilizing sales tools provided to sell our services and optimize the amount of money collected
- Frequently checking CannaMD emails & chats and responding in a timely manner

Also in line with Senate Bill 8A, CannaMD physicians may not be employed by, or have any direct or indirect economic interest in, any medical marijuana treatment centers or marijuana testing laboratories.
CannaMD may, at its discretion, provide industry training and/or reimbursement for state-required licensure, fees, and courses.

We are currently looking for a personable, tech-savvy physician to oversee our Tallahassee location. We are looking for the right candidate to partner and grow with. We’ve already established strong area presence in the local market, and look forward to entrusting the right candidate with a sizable patient-base, as we rapidly expand.
Two days per month to start, will grow to 2-3 days per week within 3-4 months.
In accordance with state law, all CannaMD physicians must hold an active, unrestricted license as either an allopathic physician or osteopathic physician and be in compliance with all state-mandated education requirements. At this time, educational requirements include completing an annual course and exam administered by either the Florida Medical Association or Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
Also in line with Senate Bill 8A, CannaMD physicians may not be employed by, or have any direct or indirect economic interest in, any medical marijuana treatment centers or marijuana testing laboratories.
CannaMD may, at its discretion, provide industry training and/or reimbursement for state-required licensure, fees, and courses.

We are currently looking for a personable, tech-savvy physician to oversee our office locations in Cape Coral, Sarasota and Naples. We’ve already established a strong area presence in each market, and look forward to entrusting the right candidate with a sizable, already established patient-base.
Three days per month between the aforementioned markets mentioned above to start. This position requires a part-time commitment to start, with an understanding that the position will mature to full-time within two to four months.
In accordance with state law, all CannaMD physicians must hold an active, unrestricted license as either an allopathic physician or osteopathic physician and be in compliance with all state-mandated education requirements. At this time, educational requirements include completing an annual course and exam administered by either the Florida Medical Association or Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
Also in line with Senate Bill 8A, CannaMD physicians may not be employed by, or have any direct or indirect economic interest in, any medical marijuana treatment centers or marijuana testing laboratories.
CannaMD may, at its discretion, provide industry training and/or reimbursement for state-required licensure, fees, and courses.

This job is a work from home position. Candidates must have access to a computer (laptop preferred). You will be placing and taking calls with current and potential patients. Communication skills and an excellent phone presence are a must. Previous phone sales experience is strongly suggested. The objective will be to retain current patients and handle customer service calls, as well as sell our services to callers interested in obtaining their medical cannabis certifications. Patient liaison duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Completing outbound and inbound calls to and from patients or potential patients with questions regarding obtaining or renewing a medical marijuana recommendation
- Scheduling and/or rescheduling appointments and processing payments
- Utilizing the CRM system and EMR patient platform efficiently with minimal errors
- Providing the best customer service possible to all of our patients
- Providing patients with information regarding our processes, procedures, and pricing
- Utilizing sales tools provided to sell our services and optimize the amount of money collected
- Demonstrating critical thinking when appropriate
- Communicating effectively
- Frequently checking CannaMD emails and responding in a timely manner
Patient liaisons must:
- Be familiar with state laws in regards to medical marijuana recommendations and use provided during training
- Have a computer (laptop preferred), computer skills, mobile phone, and internet access
Preferred (but not required) credentials and/or experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Sales experience
- Customer service experience
We are looking for a full-time employee that can be available Monday through Friday from 11am-7pm and at least one weekend day to start.
The hourly rate will start at $13-15 per hour plus bonuses (after one month of employment) and will increase based on performance.

We are currently looking for a personable, tech-savvy physician to oversee our office locations in Orlando and Lake Mary. We’ve already established a strong area presence, and look forward to entrusting the right candidate with a sizable, already established patient-base.
One day per week, plus one day every other week to start. This position requires a part-time commitment to start, with an understanding that the position will mature to full-time within two to four months.
In accordance with state law, all CannaMD physicians must hold an active, unrestricted license as either an allopathic physician or osteopathic physician and be in compliance with all state-mandated education requirements. At this time, educational requirements include completing an annual course and exam administered by either the Florida Medical Association or Florida Osteopathic Medical Association.
