Cannabis Part Time Hydroponic Grower Jobs

Part time experienced Hydroponic Grower, 8 - 10 hours a week, is responsible for the growing, cleanliness, and efficiency of the hydroponic facility. REQUIRED: Commercial growing, horticulture or farming experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Knows how to grow plants using a hydroponic method or commercial growing, horticulture or farming job history
• Manages the growing plan
• Maintains the environmental settings and irrigation practices
• Maintains all documentation
• Implements strategic yield enhancement practices
• Trouble shooting
• Record keeping
• Safety/Compliance
• Testing, lab and internal
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of products
• Monitors and manages all growing components of the operation
• Responsible for planting and harvesting plants
• Delivers and pick-up products as needed
• Drains and re-fills reservoirs
• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the facility
• All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED);

Training: Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the organic hydroponic growing practices.

Knowledge:

• Excellent language, and reasoning skills
• Knowledge and familiarity with hydroponic growing preferred
• Takes personal responsibility for the quality and timeliness of work, and achieves results with little oversight
• Adapts to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities
• Diligently attends to details and pursues quality in accomplishing tasks
• Displays an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement
• Manages own time, priorities, and resources to achieve goals
• Earns others’ trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to handle labor-centric work
• Must be able to sit, stand, stoop crouch, reach, and lift for at least 4 hours at a time
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and insurable by our company policy without significant problems in driving history during last 5 years.
