- Experience handling high volume incoming calls, emails, text messages
- Experience handling high volume sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiasm for the cannabis industry
- Valid drivers license and insurance
Highly Desirable but not Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with well recognized brand name company and existing book of business
* Experience running a B2B sales territory
Education and Experience:
- Associate or Bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience
- Weekly guarantee or commission, whichever amount is higher.

Synergy is one of the oldest fully compliant cannabis manufacturers in Los Angeles county. It is poised to make a big comeback after scaling back production of it's vape products. We are now focused on selling a full menu of quality cannabis products at a low price. The first few batches of flower and edibles have flown off the shelf and have kept our operations alive. We now need to scale up, and service more dispensaries to meet our growth objectives.
Starting hourly or salary rate depends on your experience. But, motivated candidates can write their own success story here. A successful candidate can easily climb into management and even executive level positions by showing results.
