Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follow and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
· Works closely with Grow Manager on timelines.
· Cleaning of the grow rooms, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls and equipment on a weekly basis.
· Wearing clean, company provided scrubs, and personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations to ensure personal safety and that all biosecurity measures are followed.
· Practices good personal hygiene by washing hands when arriving to work, after breaks, eating and drinking food, using the restroom, touching one’s face or cell phone, and always wears clean sterile gloves when handling product.
· Move and carry plants to the appropriate flower rooms.
· Manicure, set water rings, and roll out trellis netting on plants.
· Transplant plants into larger pots when appropriate.
· Harvest plants.
· Hang plants in dry room.
· Dump out pots and wash on a weekly basis.
· Other duties as assigned.

Job Description: The Packaging Technician is responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging medical and adult use cannabis flower, oils, and other formulations at Driven Grow, LLC. The Packaging Technician will assist the Packaging Lead with setting up and cleaning of their workstations and equipment. They will verify that each individual package meets the weight and quality standard and requirements of Driven Grow and its customers. Strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures while staying compliant with the state regulations are essential for this position. All necessary packaging information required will be tracked to ensure accurate information is being collected. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory nights, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position includes, but are not limited to the following:

· Proficient at Packaging at a minimum 3 unique products and processes.
· Collaborate with the Packaging Lead to create logical, meaningful process data tracking logs for all packaging activities (KPI’s).
· Ensure all finished and semi-finished goods are labeled and stored correctly in the appropriate inventory locations.
· Communicate effectively with all company departments.
· Assists with audits, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and provide solutions for continuous improvement in all packaging areas as needed.
· Provide support for emergency situations (power outage, labor issues, etc.).
· Diligently monitor work areas for any potential safety hazards and react accordingly to eliminate potential accidents (slip/fall hazards, trip hazards, etc.).
· Support operations management in safety program initiatives.
· Begin training on packaging documentation.
· Begin training on additional SOP’s.

Job Description: The Trim Technician (I) position will ensure all biosecurity measures are taken when entering Driven Grow’s facilities. The technician must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant and must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating the product. · Ensures ALL trim operations meet or exceed company policies and initiatives, including all Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (GACP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards are met.

Job Description:
The Compliance and Metrc Administrative Assistant will assist the Inventory Manager with various daily tasks. This position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and will work with limited supervision. This position will maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and technical knowledge for all processes and business conducted within Driven Grow. Duties and Responsibilities:

· Make accurate adjustments in METRC as needed.
· Perform internal transfers of product in the METR system between licenses.
· Populating manifest documents as needed for sales, testing, and transport.
· Contract CRA when clarification is needed on compliance issues.
· Prepare and print all packaging department labels for products while adhering to SOP’s.
· Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).

Job Description:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk is responsible for incoming and outgoing packages within Driven Grow. This position will ensure accurate delivery to employees, vendors, and customers in a timely fashion adhering to packaging schedules. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory early mornings and/or nights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensure facility safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols are followed.
· Physically load and unload freight shipments.
· Complete and verify all paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.
· Verify Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for new product being received and forward for safety compliance.
· When receiving fresh marijuana product, record net weight, and ensure all products are received along with proper paperwork.
· Record NET weights on manifests and verify for accuracy, sign, and date when complete.
· Verify that record of formulation (ROF) has been assigned to inbound shipments of marijuana before they arrive and enter the net weight into ROF.
· Check METRC daily for inbound manifests and print for records while verifying tag numbers for each package delivered.
· Prepare and package outgoing shipments, determine best method of shipping, create shipment labels and schedule pickup/drop off. Turn invoices into Inventory Manager.
· When shipping marijuana product, follow order processing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
· Package marketing materials to be sent with orders and label individual items that have special circumstances such as vendor days and samples.
· Return order sheets for processing into ERP system for invoicing and manifesting.
· Assist transport companies with verification of tag numbers, product descriptions, dates, weights, and destinations. Rectify any manifest discrepancies at pickup.
· Perform weekly counts of packaging inventory and coordinate with Sales and Inventory Manager on levels, needs, surplus, and upcoming projects.
· Research and implement methods of improving efficiency within inventory storage.
· Keep a clean and organized workspace, storage area, and high traffic areas, while maintaining stock in inventory area.

Grow Manager

Job Description: The Grow Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing cultivation activities. This position will be responsible for daily operations of cultivation including, but not limited to, processes, and procedures within the propagation, vegetation, and flowering phases. Additionally, the grow manager will provide leadership to reporting staff for continuous improvement opportunities and will strive to increase yields, efficiencies, and performance of all areas of the growing operations. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory nights, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Ensure facility safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols are followed.
· Scheduling of plants based on cultivation schedule and plant maturation.

Job Description: A Propagation & Vegetative Plant Technician is expected to carry out tasks provided to them by the Propagation & Vegetative Manager/ Assistant Manager. These tasks include but are not limited to feeding, cloning, manicuring and transplanting plants within the propagation and vegetative rooms. Other non-plant related tasks are also required including but not limited to mopping floors, cleaning trays, dumping pots, disposing of waste, and generally maintaining a sightly and sanitary working environment. These tasks are meant as a means of ensuring the health and viability of all plants in the prop. and veg. rooms as laid out by the Manager until they are moved into flower. They are to complete all these tasks in the propagation & vegetative room in a timely manner and in compliance with the environmental, health and safety requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Following facility safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean work environment.
· Transplanting propagation and vegetative plants as determined by the Propagation and Vegetative Managers.
· Feed plants as determined by schedule.
· Manicure/top plants as determined by plant health and schedule.
· Tag plants in compliance with METRC.
· Complete vegetative and clone charts daily.
· Ensure facility sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP’s).
· Maintain quality control for the scope of work produced.
· Required to sustain strict deadlines and guidelines.
· Complies with all State regulations.
· Clone.
· Compliance checks to ensure all plant waster is being tracked.
· Comply with Michigan Laws and Regulations.

Job Description:
The Plant Technician I must be team oriented to ensure prime growth, quality, appearance, and health of plants are on schedule. The Plant Technician I will provide daily care of cannabis plants from planting to harvest. They will provide quality care and attention to the growing process of the plants until harvest which includes transplanting and watering. The Plant Technician I will care for flowering plants by manicuring, setting up water rings, and rolling out trellis netting. Detailed recordkeeping and strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures and compliance with the state regulations are essential for this position. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory nights, weekends, and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Follow and comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
· Works closely with Grow Manager on timelines.
· Cleaning of the grow rooms, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, wiping down walls and equipment on a weekly basis.
· Wearing clean, company provided scrubs, and personal protective equipment (PPE) during all operations to ensure personal safety and that all biosecurity measures are followed.
· Practices good personal hygiene by washing hands when arriving to work, after breaks, eating and drinking food, using the restroom, touching one’s face or cell phone, and always wears clean sterile gloves when handling product.
· Move and carry plants to the appropriate flower rooms.
· Manicure, set water rings, and roll out trellis netting on plants.
· Transplant plants into larger pots when appropriate.
· Harvest plants.
· Hang plants in dry room.
· Dump out pots and wash on a weekly basis.

The Integrated Pest Management Technician assists the Integrated Pest Manager with ensuring strict quality standards are being met. Duties and Responsibilities:
· Identify insects and diseases with seasonal changes and environmental changes.
· IPM strategy and planning; familiarity with treatment rotations, biological treatment programs, and action thresholds.

· Follow up checks on issues treated.
· Participate in meetings and educational events when directed by IPM Manager.
· When time allows, help other employees/departments complete daily tasks.

Job Description: The Packaging Technician II is responsible for accurately and efficiently packaging medical and adult use cannabis flower, oils, and other formulations at Driven Grow, LLC. The Packaging Technician II will assist the Packaging Lead with setting up and cleaning of their workstations and equipment. They will verify that each individual package meets the weight and quality standard and requirements of Driven Grow and its customers. Strict adherence to the company’s operating procedures while staying compliant with the state regulations are essential for this position. All necessary packaging information required will be tracked to ensure accurate information is being collected. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm, with some mandatory nights, weekends, and holidays.
Primary Responsibilities:
This position includes, but are not limited to the following:

· Assist with the daily setup, preparation, and cleaning of workstations, equipment, and supplies.
· Work closely with Packaging Lead to ensure that products are produced in accordance with the processing and packaging schedule.
· Maintaining a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation(s).
· Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
· Ensure that all necessary documentation and paperwork regarding packaging information is completed and recorded daily.
· Package medical and adult use cannabis product(s) with the highest quality meeting all Driven Grows operational standards.
· Accurately and efficiently weigh and package medical and adult use cannabis products using the provided equipment and tools while adhering to the manufacture manuals.
· Proficient at Packaging at a minimum 3 unique products and processes.
· Collaborate with the Packaging Lead to create logical, meaningful process data tracking logs for all packaging activities (KPI’s).
· Ensure all finished and semi-finished goods are labeled and stored correctly in the appropriate inventory locations.
· Communicate effectively with all company departments.
· Assists with audits, non-conformities, root cause analysis, and provide solutions for continuous improvement in all packaging areas as needed.
· Provide support for emergency situations (power outage, labor issues, etc.).
· Diligently monitor work areas for any potential safety hazards and react accordingly to eliminate potential accidents (slip/fall hazards, trip hazards, etc.).
· Support operations management in safety program initiatives.
· Begin training on packaging documentation.
· Begin training on additional SOP’s.
· Other duties as assigned.

Trim Technician I

Job Description: The Trim Technician (I) position will ensure all biosecurity measures are taken when entering Driven Grow’s facilities. The technician must be precise and dexterous in their trimming so as not to waste any of the marijuana plant and must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating the product. The technician will operate all trim equipment safely and as instructed by company or manufacturer procedures and manuals. The Trim Technician will accurately record trim information to ensure compliance with all company and state reporting requirements.

· Ensures high-quality standards including constant quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks of cannabis flower during trimming operations.
· Accurately weighs cannabis flower on calibrated weigh scales.
· Maintain accurate documentation to ensure traceability throughout ALL trim processes.
· Works with Assistant Trim Manager and Trim manager to ensure that flower is processed in accordance with the trim production schedule.
· Works to improve trim area workflows, communications, and standardization of trimming processes.
· Ensures ALL trim operations meet or exceed company policies and initiatives, including all Good Agriculture and Collection Practices (GACP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standards are met.
